As a kid, mori was named Moriré. Raised in some place, somewhere, he doesnt care to remember.
When the genocide of sheep Really picked up, he was anywhere from 16-17. Very sure of himself and who is, and Honestly hated how other sheep would just.. pray to become another species. Hated seeing a boar with the eyes of a lamb hed seen before. Hated seeing his family become goats, too.
...Then he was caught. Well, moreso his family had staged a birthday party for him, and hed overheard them talking about how long the heretics were taking. That they couldnt bear to lie any longer.
he took what little time he had left, to kill them all.
And after being caught, sheared, and chained, kallamar had a few of his disciples perform a vivisection! Using a Y shaped autopsy incision, plus giving him top surgery. I mean, he asked very politely(no he didnt) for it (he demands, not pleads)
Mori stays physically 20 for Years. Id say upwards of a few centuries? I mean, hes a vessel while 20-21. Idk man, you do the math.
at 22, hes obv not Really 22. But dont mention that, he'll use your blood as a face mask— By now, id say hes well over a couple thousand. Thats where hes at as i draw him Now, and his immortality is probably part of Why he treats his favorites how he does.
And then theres his Ascended form! One of them, at least. Being as vain as he is, he did Not like losing his face,,, I mean, its karma for all hes done. Ill draw my prefered end for him late maybe,,,,
1 option: kisses for close friends and family - kisses and gentle beak nuzzles in the area where the beak ends, and the muscle starts, so usually somewhere in the cheek and under the eye. With mammals, one side simply kisses the area; with birds, it's a soft rub of the thick side of the beak to minimize injury to the other side.
2 option: kisses for lovers - contact with the neck, throat, and under the beak, so everywhere hard to reach or close to vital areas that are easy to injure, especially with a beak. It can be scratched too for an extra effect! The top of the head is kissed mostly by parents to their children, so it's also a space reserved for lovers, but in cutesy/intimate moments rather than hot situations.
In my vision it took them like YEARS to start treating each other kindly (btw my Lamb made Narinder their husband a week after they indocrinated him into the cult, as Nari's their most precious trophy)
Completely forgot to post the switcharound meme @tidalfoam made i did with @nudibro and @bogor-o a while back of our narinders getting to go a bit crazy, as a treat. Anyway it was super fun and I love how everyone's kitties came out!
Sort of, yes! He starts as a trophy wife then transitions into a bit of a malewife after around 100 years post defeat.

He's at least a little useless when it comes to tending to the cult at the start and does nothing more than blatantly abuse his status as "The Lamb's Favorite" - even extending his bullshit attitude to them. And, by proxy, being married to the Old God of Death also gave the Lamb more status.
TLDR; he was a sore loser after his crown was taken. Enabled only by the Lamb's tolerance of his behavior because - again - they are Unhealthy about their obsession with him.
After some time he does actually start to help around and run some things, especially as the Lamb grows into proper Godhood and needs to spend more time *away* from the Cult.
And, eventually when they have heirs, he actually does most of the childrearing.
I always draw him so scowl-y so I wanted to make him happy for a change, and it resulted in me testing out faces. I tried my best to make him kinda look like meowth- don’t know if I really succeeded in that or notttt he kinda just became his own thing which is also cool.
My favorite is the slightly frustrated/flustered one on the bottom right where he kinda looks bricked up- (fight me, I’m the artist and he’s my bbg)
I haven’t really drawn much recently but I was sketching a scene of Narinder giving sermons after resurrecting Dulciter. I want to keep showing how their relationship was fully destroyed during this time and how much Dulciter hated him. Mainly due to how many times Dulciter has been betrayed (Leshy, Proditor and now Narinder). Anyway I’ll probably do more with this concept. In the meantime enjoy these sketches 😭
