Brindleton Bay Townies

The day has finally come… I finished creating and uploading my Brindleton Bay townies to the Gallery! ✨ Below are the character cards for each Sim. Slight warning if you’re downloading, I used a lot of packs and CC in my makeovers, but the looks are easy to swap out in CAS! I gave the existing townies a makeover and created a few more sims for the builds I made for Brindleton Bay.

These character cards were a big personal challenge and took wayyyy longer than I expected, so I’m very proud (and relieved 😭) to finally share them!

P.S. Some of these sims have extra likes/dislikes or turn ons/turn offs that were just too long to fit here, so don't be alarmed if they have more personality if you end up downloading them to your game!

Finally complete with my Brindleton Bay Reno series! I'll be uploading the sims I created to fill out this world and then moving on to the next - though I fear Borderlands 4 will have me too hooked to build for a while!

As a baby sims content creator this was such a fun project to work on my digital creative skills and show off some of my builds. Thank you so much to everyone who's given me a follow or a like/reblog!! ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶

Brindleton Bay Reno - Hound's Head Hall

This one took me a while to figure out with such a large lot, but eventually I decided that a museum-turned-wedding venue would be the perfect fit! This can also double as a cafe, library, museum, or general community lot☕🎨 Unfortunately I've been having some trouble uploading this lot to the gallery, but as soon as I get it up I'll update here! In the meantime please enjoy this photoset⋆˙⟡

⋆First floor: foyer, library, cafe, dining room, wedding reception area, kitchen and a small bathroom🥂

⋆Second floor: art & sculpture rooms, a conference room, and bridal suite + groom suite🌹

⋆Third floor: conservatory🌿

There is plenty of cc decor throughout but this build is fully functional without it!

The perfect spot for a writer's retreat or to relax with a significant other🌊 Lighthouse Bed + Breakfast is a nautical, rustic cafe built on the Deadgrass Discoveries lot⚓ It can also function as a restaurant or bar! 🍷☕

This one was a fun challenge! I always love renovating townie houses but it's a bit tricky fitting the personalities that already live there. For this reno, I tried leaning into more of a Pinterest-y Hamptons aesthetic while keeping the Delgato charm🤍🏠

Brindleton Bay Reno - Cove Retreat

A little cove spa moment✨🧘‍♀️ this spa has a hot tub, pool, sauna, massage table, tea room and zen garden on the first floor 🍵🌸and the second has some spa chairs, a locker room, and a yoga studio perfect to let the sunlight in☀️ built on Dachshund's Creek lot, playtested and uploaded to gallery!

A small campsite with an onsite bathroom/shower! Perfect for a quick day trip to the cove or a full-blown camping getaway⛺✨ Built on the Bedlington Boathouse lot!

Brindleton Bay Reno - The Hideaway

Moving onto the last neighborhood, Cavalier Cove, I wanted some lots to really round out the town - and what's the Bay without a place to stay? The Hideaway (yes, the name is Love Island inspired🤭) took up a ton of my time but also a ton of my heart❤️featuring an outdoor hot tub, firepit, and dining table, it's the perfect spot to spend all day outdoors enjoying the Cove, then relaxing inside and snuggling up by the fire✨ also gave a few townies a makeover to use for the photoshoot!

Brindleton Bay Reno - Bayhaven Cottages

Last lot of Sable Square 🌿🏡 I built three small homes that share a pond and pole barn in the backyard!

Cottage #1: Two bed, two bath and perfect for a single grandmother with a green thumb 🌸 Cottage #2: Three bed, one bath and just right for a family! Cottage #3: Two bed, two bath and ideal for two roommates spending their summer in the Bay ☀️

I used CC throughout this build but it is on the gallery in case you want to use the floorplan! I decorated them for these specific scenarios but they'd be great for any family or roommate setup. Planning on posting the sims I created for these homes soon too!

Brindleton Bay Reno - Hecking Household

I've never actually played in the Hecking house so I was excited to give this one a facelift! Decided to give the whole place a more modern look, and added a pool with a splash pad just for Rosie🐾💦 Tons of CC in this one but it is on the gallery if you like the floorplan!

Brindleton Bay Reno - Sable Studios

Turned Pupperstone Park into Sable Studios - an arts center where your sims can learn painting, pottery, brewing, you name it🎨 Perfect for a creative sim who just moved to the Bay to get some practice in, and maybe mingle with some new friends in the bar upstairs! (elevator is CC, so unfortunately the top bar won't be accessible without it)

Brindleton Bay Reno - Sable Market & Brew

Decided the biggest things we were missing in the Bay so far were a cozy coffee shop and a market, so I combined them!☕🌼 Downstairs, your sims can make bouquets, candles, or brews in the back employee room, then sell their creations out on the shop floor. Upstairs is a small apartment perfect for your single sim or a couple✨

This build does use a TON of CC, so while it is on the gallery, this post is really more to show off the build as I had a ton of fun creating this and absolutely love how it came out, especially the shop floor!

Brindleton Bay Reno - Brindleton Pawspital

Starting off my Sable Square reno is Brindleton Pawspital🐾 The update with glass walls came just in time to modernize this vet clinic and I think it really did the trick for a facelift. Included a surgery room, two exam rooms, and a room for each cat and dog lovers to bring their furry friends🐶🐱 I also set up a dog run in the back so this can double as a training course!🦴This build has no cc, and is up on the gallery now!

Brindleton Bay Reno - Ragdoll Apartments

This building was just begging to be turned into some apartments! Top and bottom floors are their own luxury, 1bed 1bath apartments with an industrial twist. Only CC used is for decor, nothing functional! I'm sure I'm far from the first person to have this idea but it was the perfect lot to round out Whiskerman's Wharf🖤🐾

So excited to move onto the other neighborhoods in this world and thank you to everyone who has been liking and reblogging my posts so far! It's so exciting to see the hard work I've put into these builds and photos get some love💕

Brindleton Bay Reno - Catscratch Cottage/Lynx Household

This one was a ton of fun, especially as a certified cat lady! I tried to keep this reno true to Catarina’s style while giving her space a mini update. I normally wouldn't say a kit is "needed" for a build but the Greenhouse Haven kit definitely did some heavy lifting for the catio🐾

I did use a good amount of CC for this one, so while it is on the gallery, just be warned that the catio table, upstairs desk, and various decorations throughout the build are CC✨

Brindleton Bay Reno - B.B.R.C.

I built Brindleton Bay Recreation Center on the empty lot in Whiskerman's Wharf, Tails End - figured the perfect thing to fill this downtown space would be a rec center for kids and adults alike! The first floor has a bowling alley on the left, basketball court on the right, and a locker room & gym in the middle 🎳🏀 upstairs, you'll find a roller rink and a movie theater, with an arcade section to keep the kids occupied while the parents watch their favorite flick! There's also a small park on the side for the more energetic kiddos. No matter what activities your sim is into, this is packed with entertainment for all ages and personalities!🎬🌊✨

Brindleton Bay Reno - Brindleton Country Club

A renovation of Club Calico in downtown Whiskerman's Wharf🐚🍸 I leaned into a classic, clean white theme and added a second floor for bathrooms and a dance floor💃 Can't wait to take my sims here to live their best summer Hamptons life! ☀️🏖️
