Hey everyone. This is Ed's spouse again, still trying to survive while he's in the hospital. I know he's had the occasional post to his blog over the past few days, but I don't know how much he's got queued. All I know is that he's been in the hospital for over a week now, and he's not been released yet, and I'm still struggling to make ends meet while I'm waiting for him to return.

I'm going to get kicked out onto the streets within hours if I can't somehow cough up $100 to be secure for another day. Does anyone feel at all able to help with any of that? Everyone is so broke at the end of the month, myself especially, that I don't know what else to do. I really don't want to be on the streets all alone, especially as an autistic transman, heh. And there just aren't good resources available or I would have taken them by now. But the only resource I can get is help with food. There has been no help with housing that I've been able to find whatsoever thus far. 😔💔

What I love about this, though, is that the little nails will become an outline of where the water was. It will trace the shape, show someone later what was there once upon a time. It will be a testament to how much this guy wanted to capture the amazing things he saw and experienced, and though it will never truly keep it, it will hold a memory, something that in itself is beautiful and worthy of experience. We cannot describe the indescribable, but we can trace its outline, give some idea of what we experienced.

Hey folks, this is Ed's spouse. Ed just had a mental breakdown where he tried to take a bunch of pills because he could no longer bear how poor we are, heh. So he's currently in the hospital. 😔💔

I have to survive alone until he returns, and I don't know how long that'll be. They usually keep him for weeks, but he might be kept for longer this time since he came so close to actually succeeding. 😩💔😓😭

Would anyone be able to spare anything to help me stay afloat until he returns? It's really hard to survive on my own as an autistic adult, but I'll do my best since the alternative was losing my husband for good, and I couldn't deal with that. Heh.

I told you all that I would impersonate Alastor's voice as best I could if we were safe for today, so I did so as soon as we were safe.

I'm going to invoke the power of the Hazbin Hotel fandom. I do a pretty decent Alastor impression. Just ask my husband, who is the OP. Hey folks, I'm the spouse posting here while my husband is at work, my husband who you all know as a great fanfic writer and an all-around entertaining fellow. I'm the short king with long hair that he talks about from time to time. Pleased to meet you, my name is Allegro.

But yeah, I'm just posting here since he's getting increasingly stressed by the imminent loss of our storage unit and everything we own going with it, but he can't do anything about it while at work. We need to pay them about $400 immediately in order to save it, but we also have a daily need of about $100 just to survive ourselves until he finally gets his first paycheck. Top priority always goes toward immediate survival, which is why we haven't made much progress with saving the storage unit yet since we're just barely scraping by with staying alive at all.

I don't know if anyone out there is listening or willing to help in any way, but if we could somehow get $500, we could both save the storage unit and be safe for another night, which would be a huge relief for us, especially for my poor hubby. He's been so overwhelmed by all of this that he literally cried himself to sleep last night, and he screamed himself to sleep the past few nights before that. The poor guy is really going through a lot right now and he could really use some help to keep soldiering on with that job of his.
