† ⋆ ── DEVON
~
Devon couldn’t help the chuckle that escaped his lips at the others words before shaking his head, “c’mon…don’t tell me you haven’t seen the adorable websites where based on your location you can ‘track Santa’ on Christmas Eve? It’s the cutest thing.” When the other teased him, Devon had to shrug before pleading guilty. “I did, I mean–some of it was for my sisters and the other part was because Santa somehow always gave the best gifts.” He grinned at the other before they headed out of Louis Vuitton and made their way up a few blocks. “Perfect, I know it’s the one store I also never get tired of shopping in…the few times I venture out, that is,” he chuckled before tightening his scarf around his neck, feeling the cold chill in the air. “Oh and in case Bergdorf’s doesn’t have what you need, I know you can never go wrong with Chanel and they are just across the street.”
Alek too had to laugh, shaking his head at the Santa tracker thing. “You forget how old I am. At best we had a 1-900 number to call that claimed you could talk to Santa. I did it once against my parents’ wishes and it was just some silly recording at like $10 a minute. Such a racket!” If anyone overheard their conversation they too were probably laughing. As they made their way to Bergdorf’s the chill in the air seemed to be more frigid. New York winters could be brutal, especially in the city. “If Bergdorf’s doesn’t have something good I will be shocked,” he admitted. The store had 8 floors of high-end designer collections. If there wasn’t at least one thing suitable for his sister in there, then the store didn’t live up to its name. “I’m just afraid I’ll lose you in there. The store is so immense. They probably have some Chanel goods in stock. I know my sisters love their jackets.” Walking inside with Devon he stretched his neck to see which department to begin their adventure in. “I’m thinking clothing, or do you have a better idea?”
† ✧ ── SAMANTHA
“Yes, I know…I’m sorry,” Samantha apologized yet once again, her hands wrapping around his neck while her body searched his warmth that always calmed her down. “I was being silly…I guess it was something that was on my mind so long, I just let it get to me all of a sudden. You know I’m insecure…just not so much when I’m with you,” Trusting Roman wasn’t one difficult job to her, she knew his heart belonged to her so she didn’t want to act like she doubted it anymore. But, she’d be lying if she said she was over her anxiety issues. She’d carried it all over her life, it wasn’t like it would just disappear but she didn’t want to let it get in her way with Roman. Not when she loved him so much, she knew he was dedicated to her so she didn’t want to act like she was against his job. It was his business, she wanted to support him on every step of his life. “I’d love that, well, you know I can’t resist Cartier, baby,” she giggled against his cheek as she kissed him again, happily welcoming her dresses. “I can get into the bathroom to even wear one now if you want,” she suggested with a giggle, “Or, you can sneak in with me or help me change it too,” The young woman walked out of the store once he was done paying, snuggling against her boyfriend’s side gently as she let all her previous mood disappear little by little.
Roman was aware of Samantha’s insecurities yet he hadn’t expected the outburst while the two of them were shopping. Had he been acting off or suspicious that triggered this reaction in her? He didn’t think so...but he had flirted with Zehra at his club the other day. It made him wonder if someone had whispered into her ear about it, even though it had been harmless. “I can assure you I only have eyes for you, моя возлюбленная.” For the first time in his life he actually contemplating proposing to someone. If that didn’t speak volumes, he didn’t know what did. Retrieving his credit card from the cashier, he walked out of the store with Samantha snuggled against him, holding onto his arm. “I think you look gorgeous. We’ll save the dresses for another occasion,” he winked, leading them to Cartier down the street. If diamonds didn’t express his true love for her, then he’d have to lasso the moon and pull it down for her. Entering the store he waited for her to stir them in the direction she desired. “Are you thinking a pretty necklace? A bracelet?”
† ⋆ ── ANGEL
“Oh, yeah…I guess it’s not much of a surprise but I’ve noticed most men do have special attraction on how one can use lips honestly,” Either kissing or how it could be explored during the act – obviously with special attention to that last part. Of course men did love women’s shape entirely but she’d noticed how lips were deeply craved by the widest amont, it was simple but one very shared kink in her experience. “I do…you know, it’s not that rare to encounter women who are willing to pay our services,” Angel happened to come across men much more constantly, but women weren’t exactly exceptional cases like most believed. “I’m usually more…dominant, when it comes to women partners I guess,” she admitted easily; she was used to question of the kind but it hardly bothered her on any level, especially when it wasn’t like she didn’t hear anything lower either, “For men…well, I like playing the good girl role sometimes,” Angel was anything but innocent yet it was still entertaining to play the dominated one. There was some weird satisfaction in letting herself give in to someone else’s needs, if her own were still being accomplished in the process. “As in out of here…I do like party…Travel…I just don’t ever reject good company,” Angel craved noise, she had enough energy which often needed to be released; she wouldn’t lie that she wouldn’t want the same company everyday like a stable couple but she believed her job made it impossible to crave such thing. That was out of reach to her. “Agreed…it’s always a surprise really. I can’t say I don’t like it even if I prefer selective companions…I guess everything has its own perks, doesn’t it?” she giggled as she crossed her arms; she was pretty cozy on the man’s lap to dare to leave. Besides, how he asked about her aside of just her job brought her one unknown satisfaction she wasn’t used to either honestly.
Surprise moved over his features when she said ‘lips’ were a particular fetish for most of her clients. Here he thought the Pretty Woman standard held true—that kissing wasn’t an included perk for a night with one of the strippers. “That is surprising,” Alek marveled, continuing to caress her thigh and moving his hand higher underneath her black dress. He was definitely interested in her, he just wasn’t sure in what capacity just yet. The last few months he spent rather lonely much to his dismay. He missed the touch of a woman and one adorning the spot next to him in his CA King bed. “I imagine you play the good girl role so well. I can’t say I dislike either in the bedroom. A dominate woman can be sexy, especially if she has ropes to tie me up with,” he said divulging a fetish of his. Alek was mostly dominate in the bedroom but he did enjoy a woman taking control; he just hadn’t found one yet. Paying Angel to take on that role would most likely be simple, yet he craved something more profound than a patron-client relationship. All in all he was too proud to pay for sexual favors. “Any place in particular you like to travel to?” He asked as his hand continue to delve higher up her thigh, already feeling the warmth that harbored between them. His hand was mere centimeters from burying further, yet somehow he stalled the endeavor. There was so much he wanted to learn about Angel yet. “But actually I meant what sort of things you enjoy in the bedroom,” he smiled at the brunette. She still remained in his lap even though he dismissed the idea of paying for favors. In a way he continued to be surprised and intrigued by her.

† ✧ ── ZEHRA
“That’s what I enjoy about the G Spot, I know that with someone like you in charge, the girls are safe. It’s not easy doing this for a lot of us–especially at the beginning and then on top of that being stuck in a place where they don’t really care who slips past security…it was a different form of torture, honestly.” It was nice for her ego really to know how he would always give her the chance to rejoin should her situation ever change. Zehra knew she was one that did manage to attract a lot of different types of people and she made a very decent chunk of change whenever she was on stage but it wasn’t easy to go back to that life when she’d made efforts to stay away.
“He most definitely does not fit the bill, it’s actually quite sad that I haven’t had anyone for awhile, just means my skills are going to get rusty,” she gave him a grin as they walked towards the bar. Zehra wouldn’t have minded to pay for her drink but seeing as he’d invited her for a tour, she wasn’t going to refuse him the chance to entertain her. “What do you recommend I try?” She drank pretty much everything and could hold her liquor pretty well for someone with her size.
“Oh come on! Isn’t it like riding a bike?” He inquired with a playful wink. He doubted Zehra’s skills would ever get rusty, but it did dismay him to hear she was going through a dry spell in the love department. “Well if you ever need some extra practice to refresh your skills, you know where to come,” he added as they approached the bar. His favorite bartender was on and immediately was attentive the moment he leaned against the bar with his side, still turning towards Zehra. “You know I drink anything with vodka. It’s a Russian staple, if not an added food group,” he joked before wracking his head for drink ideas. “Long Island Ice Teas are popular. Depends what you are in the mood for, but Candy will make anything you can dream up,” he gestured toward Candy who stood behind the bar. “I’ll have my usual,” he told Candy, which was a simple dirty martini with top shelf vodka. “So what’s going on with this dry spell? Have you exhausted all the potential bachelors in the city? Might have to start looking in the suburbs,” he quipped, his smile still fixed on his face that remained playful.
── MAYA
If they’d gone back in time, there was no doubt on her mind that she would’ve swooned–or rather done something more intimate but for now–Maya kept her distance, rolling her eyes at the very cheeky behaviour that had managed to entice her back when they’d been together. For now though she heard his question and shrugged, “basically the people you work with, or the ones you see on a routine basis. For them you’d basically be at a loss of what to get normally, right? Well I just jot done things from our conversations. Like a colleague mentioned liking a particular fragrance so I got her a gift set for that, another mentioned enjoying teas, so I bought her one of those sets that has like one of every type of tea out there. Just little things like that. I have to let my lawyer observance skills come to some use right?” She heard him pause after placing his order and stepped up to the counter, “can I just get a vanilla latte, half sweet, thank you.” His words about Bath and Body Works had her laughing because it was the truth, she’d never be caught dead smelling like anything that came from that store. “Yes yes, we know you prefer the more refined scents on a woman,” the sentence had been said casually until she realized she had perhaps overstepped but didn’t say anything more as she moved to where the drinks would be ready.
There was a reason why women were better shoppers than men—case in point, Maya’s extraordinary observation skills. While Landon liked to stay in tune with people, he hardly remembered random things about them other than their drink order when it came to people around The Wild Fox. As for employees, he simply gave out holiday bonuses instead of shopping for individual gifts. It was simpler that way when his schedule was often jam packed full. “That’s soooo involved,” admitted Landon before adding, “that’s why you make a better lawyer than I ever would have.” Of course he possessed the smarts for it, but it had been more of his family’s dream for him, not his own.
After she placed her order he shelled out the cash to pay for both. The sound of her laughter made him turn and smile. It brought back fond memories to him. “You’ve got that right!” He didn’t mind the intimate detail being repeated. It just went to show that his tastes hadn’t changed much in the last few years. Landon was and always will be a creature of habit. “I have been getting into some essential oils lately, I will have you know. They’re safer for your body to absorb and some provide health benefits. And before you ask, no, I’m not fond of pachouli oil,” he grinned, knowing that was often the oil people thought of first.

── LEO
“Maybe that’s the problem, mate. You’re looking too hard. Didn’t you get the memo? You’re not supposed to look for love. Love will find you.” Leo used an exaggerated tone as he spoke those words of wisdom, smirking all the while. He certainly did not believe in that bullshit. His marriage was a complete joke, except only for the fact that what actually tied him to Emily was not a ring or a contract, but a childhood bond. “Don’t worry Casanova, you give me the address of your beauty salon and I will cover the expenses. To the harbor.” Leo added the last phrase for their driver as the car started moving, his expression turning serious as he began explaining himself “There was a raid at the harbor last night. Someone tipped off the cops. They seized a large shipment of weapons. Shipment that would have filled our pockets handsomely. I suspect a mole. There is this lad that has been on our payroll for three years now.” Leo’s voice was anything but kind, thinking about the loss of money. And the betrayal. “He was supposed to make sure everything went smoothly. Nothing went smoothly, and the little shit was not arrested. Miraculously, the cops let the only person present there last night, walk. We’re going to have a chat with him.” He pulled a cigarette out of his pack and put it between his lips “Right now, you’re the only lad I like to think I can trust. I’ll understand if you want out. Just say the word.” He lit the cigarette and inhaled a generous amount of smoke into his lungs before letting it out.
Landon adamantly shook his head in negation. Compared to most he was hardly looking to be bit by the love bug, quite the contrary. One night stands or short lived flings had been his MO after his relationship with Maya ended. Settling down seemed more like a distant notion to him than anything. “I am the last person in this city looking for love, I can assure you that!” He exclaimed, maybe too profoundly, which would only make Leo more suspicious. “All right, all right,” he laughed in regards to these so-called beauty expenses. He had only been teasing anyway about getting his hands dirty. Right about now he needed something spicy in his life that didn’t involve a long haired brunette breaking his heart.
When Leo went over the precise details, Landon found himself sighing in annoyance. The new information wasn’t good. Not at all. “Christ!” He swore in annoyance before saying his exact thoughts. “A mole is the last thing we need right now. The whole thing sounds very suspicious and this chap of three years the likely culprit.” But what did Landon know being a mere associate for the O’Malleys. He definitely didn’t know everyone who was on their payroll. Glancing over at Leo as he lit a cigarette, he extended his hand for one too. The information he just unloaded on him was heavy to say the least. “No, I’m in. I don’t want this landing on your shoulders solely. I’m here to help, mate.” He truly meant his words.
† ⋆ ── ANGEL
“You know, pleasure goes different to each people but…you realise most people who you come across with would enjoy specific stuff,” The woman smirked as his stare dropped onto her – she couldn’t help but appreciate his admiring stare, it was brief but already enough to make her relish the attention he was providing her, “I like to learn whatever the person likes, until I do it just right…works everytime,” Fetishes could be key to spicy up anything, Angel did like to get to know people’s dirtiest desires until she’d provide the best night she could; she was well paid to do it anyway but she would be lying if she said she desliked it. Especially when it happened to match her own sexual needs, which could get so intense. “He does, I have to say his place is the best so it means much he wants me here…he’s really good at keeping it here good to everyone,” Angel spoke casually, meaning every word of it. Roman’s strip club was classy, besides how he made sure to protect his workers off anyone who would be low enough to cause scenes with the women; it was safe enough to her, besides she had her good lifestyle due to the payment she would get. Then again, most costumers weren’t bad to deal with either, Angel just rather stay with a group of specific people instead of just anyone who asked to have her out of nowhere. Angel’s eyes watched his own, clearly aroused by the man’s charm – while she did meet all sort of different people, she still had to admit he stood out. She crossed her legs slightly, keeping herself against him rather comfortably. “I can’t blame you…I’m sure someone like you don’t have to stuggle to get sex either. Besides…I’d agree myself. You do deserve someone who would want all of you well…It has to be better knowing you’re craved by reasons other…Than money,” Angel had to admit, while she didn’t mind being paid, it was a whole different chemistry whenever she had sex like herself – Arlette, not Angel the worker. Knowing the person wanted her aside of work or money issues was the hottest sensation, it often developed into one of the most pleasuring nights so she could share the sentiment.
Alek was intrigued with Angel’s occupation and wanted to learn more on how and why she got turned onto stripping. His money had certainly caught her attention and while he didn’t mind giving her more, he couldn’t justify paying for sexual favors when he didn’t lack in that department. “Oh yes, everyone has certain things that make them tick. In your experience what do most men like the most? Do you also take on female lovers?” His curiosity was showing but he had no shame in it. He was certain she had been asked worse in her line of profession, just as Alek had seen some horrific things due to his. “What about your likes? Care to venture what some of those are?” He pressed further, moving a hand to her thigh to gently caress her bare skin. He was finding himself thriving in her company and genuinely interested not only in her occupation, but in her too. “There is something thrilling about fucking a stranger. I must admit that, even if I haven’t done that sort of thing in a long time.” Since meeting Amelia he had been on a straight and narrow path. Before her, however, he had many lovers, most being fleeting endeavors.
† ⋆ ── SAMARA
Samara liked to think of herself as a gifting guru. Whether or not that was true, she wasn’t sure; never though had she disappointed anyone with the presents given to them. “I definitely get that, and you certainly can’t go wrong with expensive. Would you say your sisters are more the type to prefer something glamorous? Like say, jewelry? Or there’s the practical option. Like a nice handbag or luggage, which you could get personalized.” She was rambling– sputtering her ideas aloud, but hoped Alek might give her a little more to work with. Her cup made it into the trash quickly following his; the chocolate giving her an extra pep in her step. “Is there anything they collect?”
Expensive was expected from the mafia boss/hotel owner, and Alek would have it no other way. Spoiling his family was something he always enjoyed, even before he inherited a fortune from his father’s businesses. “Oh, of course! If I don’t spend a small fortune on each of them, I’ll never hear the end of it,” he supplied with a light chuckle. That’s why he opted for Louis Vuitton first, knowing his sisters always loved their wallets and handbags. It helped that most of the high end stores were right next to each other. “Definitely the glamorous type over practical. I think a handbag over luggage,” he replied, wracking his brain the best he could. He liked to think he knew both his sisters pretty well, especially the one closest to him in age. “They both buy a lot of makeup, hair products, and perfume. As for collecting things, I can’t think of anything in particular. Do boyfriends count?” He laughed again, obviously joking around about the boyfriends bit.
† ⋆ ── DEVON
Devon listened to the other speak about Santa and chuckled, he’d spent many years pretending to believe in the man just so he’d continue getting those extravagant presents. “I bet you’re right, for some children at least. It has a lot to do with how they’re being brought up I think. When parents have more time for the kids, they’re able to nurture that sense of fantasy more than be faced with the harsh reality of life.” If Devon ever did manage to grow the family line with his offspring, he’d do his best to keep his kids away from reality until they were ready to be faced with everything. When Alek seemed to like his idea on the engraving for the watch, he was glad to have been of some assistance, “one of my sisters mentioned Bergdorf’s having some great items as well if you wanted to check them out.”
“Not to mention all the technology nowadays and how most movies try to discredit Santa by making him into some farce, it’s no wonder children don’t believe,” Alek added. “I take it you were a long time believer in the big guy?” He playfully teased the other male just for the fun of it. As a child Alek kept up the whole charade as to not spoil it for his younger siblings, plus getting a bunch of gifts was an added perk to it all. Handing the salesclerk his credit card, the watch was properly paid for and he clutched the small bag it was placed in. “Ah Bergdorf’s might just be the key to finishing this up. Good call, man!” Alek patted him on the back and headed with him to the glass doors.
† ⋆ ── CILLA
“Ja.” Cilla nodded. “Stor groda.” She repeated, the words slowed down slightly as she wanted Alek to learn their pronunciation. She had a feeling the little nickname was going to stick… at least through Midsommar. “Big frog… Since you know we sing the song about all the little frogs; but you are not little.” She explained her reasoning behind the nickname, a soft chuckle escaping her lips. “I think you will look very handsome in a midsommarkrans. They look good on everyone.” Then again, the brunette did have some bias as she absolutely adored flower crowns. They’d been her favorite part of the summer festival since she was a little girl.
As Alek exclaimed that he thought glögg was her favorite, Cilla couldn’t help but let out another soft chuckle. While the festive mulled wine was rather delicious, it was by no means the Swede’s favorite. Top 5, yes. But it was #5 on that list. She wouldn’t tell Alek that, though. He seemed so proud of himself. “да. That is very much a yes.” The day she turned down alcohol would be the day she’d need to be committed… again.
At first Alek wasn’t sure if he should take the nickname as a slight, but when Cilla explained it further, it made better sense. “As long as you don’t think I look like a frog, then I’m happy!” He made a scrunched face with his nose and then stuck out his tongue at her in playful jest. She was having way too much fun thinking about dressing him up for the celebration. “As long as it’s tasteful you have my blessing,” he said, hoping he wouldn’t regret those words later on.
Placing the food down on the counter, he then gestured for Cilla to follow him to the elevator. Once there he hit the button on the wall and waited for the doors to open. “After you, älskling syster,” he extended his hand for her to enter so he could follow suit. “Third floor,” he told the elevator attendant who pressed the number 3 inside. Turning toward Cilla he asked, “Any other plans today? I hope the family is overworking you too hard.”
† ✧ ── SAMANTHA
The next words which came off Roman’s lips were enough to bring her usual romantic glint back to her eyes – I want you. You’re my girl. It was just enough to comfort her heart. Sam knew he loved her, it was ever so clear in how he would care of her or stare at her like if she meant everything to him. She couldn’t lie or say she loved his job when it wasn’t the case – it would still bring her insecurities but living beside Roman was all she could ever ask. Strip club or not, she was his girl, she could see in his eyes he meant every bit of it. “I’m sorry, baby,” she said sincerely once she’d stepped back out, wearing once again her clothes she’d used when walking in – which were almost as classy. Thanks to Roman, she always looked at her best, she loved it but his admiring gaze was the best part of it all. “I’ve had heartbreaks before…I know I was acting off but it’s just past coming in the way…I’m not meant to let it happen often. I believe you…you know I wouldn’t ever want anyone else myself besides of my mean,” she smiled gently while her lips met his cheek again, much softer comparing to how it did some minutes ago. She wanted peace of heart but Roman’s cares were enough to give it back to her so very easily – The struggle to get her insecurities off was real, she just wouldn’t let it get the best of her when she had everything she wanted by her side. “Where would you like to go when we’re out of here? Anything you want…It’s meant to be our day, right?” she ran her hands across his hair, clearly craving to get back to the bright clima she had been in before she let it go weird a moment back in.
When Samantha returned from the fitting room back in her own clothes, Roman remained seated and immediately noticed a change in her demeanor. He was ready to get out of there and pay for the dresses Samantha had tried on and liked. Standing up he walked a few steps to close off the distance between them. Her apology was heartfelt—that much he was certain—so he tried his best to allow the uneasiness to roll off of his shoulders. “I forgive you, it was just unexpected. It’s not like I was looking at another female in this boutique. Work is work. I don’t fuck my strippers anymore. That was long ago, anyway,” he explained. It took him forever to mature in that respect and when he met Samantha, he knew she was the one he wanted for the long haul. Leaning into her kiss that graced his cheek he finally smiled and reached for her hand. “Are you hungry? We could grab some dinner somewhere nice in the city if you’d like?” Roman led her to the register where her dresses were packaged up in fancy boxes and put into a monogramed boutique bag. Taking out his credit card he slid it over to the employee and then turned back to Samantha. “Or more shopping if you’d like to get some jewelry to match your outfits. Cartier is just down the street and so is Tiffany’s.”
† ⋆ ── ANGEL
The woman adjusted herself on his lap so she could make herself more comfortable, her arms remaining wrapped around his neck while her mini dress’ clothings purposefully lifted up ever so slightly with her movements. It was evident to her that the male liked the attention and she was pretty satisfied in being the one to provide it to him – Angel’s blue eyes often searched like a hawk to the best costumers to step into the place every day, it wasn’t like would let a handsome and wealth character like him pass. He was all she deeply appreciated in one. At his question, Angel raised an eyebrow while her lips curled up into a small smirk, only enough to let him have an idea of what her answer would be. “It depends,” she responded with her upper body leaning in, just enough to let her lips close enough of whispering into his ear, “Most customers say I can get them to paradise,” Angel wasn’t angelic by no means – she was greedy, sexual, needy, definitely impure like her job already hinted. Yet, she might not as well as be the worse woman alive either. “I might stay here longer…I honestly have no plans on going anywhere else but honestly, your brother’s workplace is the best I’ve had since I got here,” she meant it, considering her previous strip club was way lower if compared to his. She listened to the man’s words, genuine interest across her eyes – Alek seemed like quite the important man, perhaps even more over what he was putting, if he was that rich. Not that she was asking him either, he would definitely be smart to keep his privacy, but keeping him as a close colleague should be interesting. “Most nights I only get rid every single piece of cloth up in that stage, but…sometimes I can make an exception if the person’s worth it…as in letting costumers do more instead of just watch,” she raised her hand, rubbing his chest with obvious intent of provoking his desires.
His eyes didn’t miss the way her dress hiked up to show more of her skin. His momentary stare probably didn’t go unnoticed, but it’s not like his glance was inappropriate—this was a strip club after all. As she leaned in to whisper improper things into his ear, Alek couldn’t help but smile and feed into it further. “How do you get them to paradise?” He innocently inquired, leaning in so that her lips were right against his earlobe, which sent a tingle down his spine. There were no doubts in his mind that she could deliver any man—or woman for that matter— to paradise. “He is certainly lucky to have you working here. I know for a fact he takes care of his employees and keeps this place in tip-top condition,” Alek noted further, forever singing accolades about his baby brother. They have been close ever since they were children. As Angel continued, Alek moved the drink that had been perched in his hand to his lips, savoring the taste of the top shelf vodka. His eyes didn’t leave Angel’s and he attentively listened to her speak. “I’m aware how some of the dancers make extra money here,” he replied knowingly. Alek did head the mafia family that dabbled in illegal activities like drug dealing and prostitution. Locking eyes with the female he said with a sly smirk, “While I enjoy your talent, I don’t pay for sex, sweetheart. I can get that whenever I like, and for free.” Alek figured bluntness was the way to go before he led the female on further. He didn’t mind shelling out cash for lap dances or things of innocent nature but when it came to sex or sexual favors, he wanted it for genuine reasons.
