Recipe for shortbread cookies (with a slight modification thanks to which you don't have to hurry with kneading the dough, and the cookies will always come out crunchy and delicious)
Ingredients:
Flour (preferably wheat) 200g
Butter 200g
Sugar (I add powder) 60g
1. Mix all the ingredients (if the dough is too sticky, add 30g of flour)
2. I make a dough ball, put it on baking paper and flatten it with my hand, but if you want more precise shapes, just roll out the dough and cut out shapes with molds.
3. Bake for 10 minutes. at 175°C throughout the oven.
(if you want to make flavored, add 30g for e.g. oat flakes, cocoa or almonds in point 1).
