Hey y’all!
So I haven’t posted or been on here in awhile. A lot has happened, and I’ve been staying busy! I recently just got back from a 10 day trip in Jamaica with my boyfriend! He is from Jamaica, so I got to meet his family and friends back home, and I also got to immerse myself into another culture! It was an amazing experience! I ate lots of yummy food like beans, rice, veggies, and fruit.
For the past few weeks though I have been slacking on the gym and not eating as healthy... I’m going to blame it all on the holidays. It’s a new year though, and I’m ready to kick ass in the gym (and eat lots of awesome food).
