The catastrophe in Hyldena left a part of the country unusable - the Badlands. With your help, the nature can be restored and become a wonderful landscape again, full of magic. Thanks to some new assets and new implemented systems I can show more now :)

I couldn't resist and added these little furr-balls to my magical farming game that I'm basically solo-developing. How would you name these little balls? They're heavenly inspired by the amazing series "The Dragon Prince". I love the original Adoraburrs soooo much (they look a bit different - no ears and different eyes).

Another character illustration is finished by Lura <3 Our Ki'shen-Bachelorette Ky'rah! Question out of interest: How would you pronounce her? (It doesn't matter, it's your choice :) I'm just curious) Ky'rah -description:

A typical Ki'shen who loves animals and likes to make everyone around her happy. Ky'rah tries to make friends with everyone, which is not always a success. Her emotions are usually very volatile but strong, causing some to find her exhausting.

The decline of magic definitely weighs on her mind, as it causes magical creatures to disappear. Most of all, she would like to see more magical creatures, as she has only seen one once in her life when she was very young.

She owns a dog, but it has disappeared and she is desperately looking for it. Hopefully nothing has happened to her dog…

Lura (our character-illustrator) finished Valariel - a Bachelor of the Drakys-species.

Valariel is my personal favorite of the 10 base-Bachelors/Bachelorettes, because I created him around 7-9 years back. I'm inventing stories with my soon-to-be-wife and Valariel is one of the characters of our stories.

Originally, he is an assassin who uses the magical element "shadow" to stay unseen and to travel fast. His master raised him to be a weapon without feelings. That's why its hard to get some other facial expressions from him beside of his normal expression.

In Magical Harvest, he's of course (officially) not an assassin, because we don't have killing in our game, but what's in your imagination - that's onto you.

His description: Valariel lives outside the city in the dark forest and avoids being seen by others. The brother of Neria is strongly connected to the darkness, so it is no surprise that he belongs to the Obsideran Pact. Since he reveals little of himself, he is difficult to judge. However, he is described as cool, distant and, above all, dangerous.

He is a Drakys who is convinced that his kind descended from the black dragons. Therefore, he can be found in many different places searching for information on this subject.

Although he prefers to keep to himself, he also seems to be around Azriel quite often. Is there a connection between them?

Flower shop <3 The flower shop with flowers <3 in the beginning there won't be so many flowers because the story doesn't allow it. But the room will be filled over the time with flowers that can be bought. Something I should add?

I finished the new farm house. The old one was ugly , so I re-textured it and created the room as well. Looks a bit damaged... :o

💞It's possible to give gifts to the npcs now. Depending on the gift, they like it or will just throw it away! But don't worry, you pick it up again if they throw it away.

Because I was a bit disappointed that you can't see many details at the NPC models, I decided to zoom the camera in when talking to them. Later I noticed, that system is also used in #Storyofseasons pioneers of olive town ^^" - I'm reinventing the wheel....

Ri'kin

🐺 The next NPC model and Bachelor joined the club: Ri'kin - the shy Ki'shen. I am a bit sad that you can't see all the details I painted within the model, but well... Maybe in cutscenes. Do you like our wolf-guy? Ri'kin: Flowers are the most important thing in Ri'kin's life, which is the reason why he opened a flower store in Dragonreath. If you’re looking for flowers, you’re in the best hands with his help. He knows stories of magical flowers, even those that no longer exist in Hyldena after the catastrophe. When he can share something about his colorful plants, he’s passionate and outgoing - unlike his usual self. Ri'kin is a shy, often gloomy-looking Ki'shen. Other Ki'shen, who are normally very playful and open-hearted, avoid him as a result. Since he is new to the city and hasn’t made any friends yet, he is lonely and only feels comfortable in the presence of his flowers. When his customers show interest in them, Ri'kin begins to open up. The truth is, Ri'kin would like to be closer to others, but he always loses heart when he sets out to approach new people. However, someone may be able to help him...
