Hearing the both comment, Medea thought for a moment. It honestly sounded like the best idea for her right now. She laughed at her sisters comment and shook her head. “Nah, I’m sure I’ll have more on my hands tomorrow.” She replied as she hopped onto the counter. “I like your idea of both. I’m in love with the idea of a good burger with all the toppings and some friends, but noodles and gyoza just as good. We could split it? Both get a little bit of half?” She offered. 

“Of course you will. Just another day work right.” Pulling out the post notes she handed a pencil to Medea and nodded. “K’ write what you want, I’ll write what I want, we’ll split it in the middle and call it cool.” Hes bit on her pencil for a moment and thought about what she wanted. “Well we could also order extra for lunch tomorrow too.”

Medea nodded her head as she moved into her bathroom and grabbed some stuff that should’ve been able to help her get the glue off her hands. Making her way towards the kitchen, she was rubbing her hands together and watching the glue ball up off her hands. “Hmm, I think either Japanese or burgers! What do you think?” She asked, leaning over the garbage and brushing the stuff off her hands. One more clap of her hands and now they didn’t stick together. “I’m a little sad they don’t stick anymore, but I guess it’s better for everyone.” Medea continued. 

“Japanese or burgers. Or both.” She mumbled. She would eat both. Hestia looked up and shook her head at her sisters antics. “try the school glue if you wanna play around. you’re hands won’t stick together as long but you won’t need alcohol to take it off. Or we’ll just make slime.” She looked at both her options. “We got both here. So burgers or Japanese?”

“That must be…really hard. So how do you survive that?” She wondered. “How do you actively go on every day when there are mostly endings and rarely baggings?”

Hestia furrowed her brows and looked down for a moment before looking up. Of course she wanted to say that it was really hard, seeing all the ends, the middles, the beginnings so rare. She wanted to say it took a toll on her constantly but she smiled. “Because sometimes, once in a blue moon, the endings are good. And that’s all that matters.”

Medea had continued to clap her hands together and pull them apart, watching as they continued to stick. “Hm, that sounds pretty good! We’ll have to get the folder out and see what our options are.” She commented, looking up at her big sister. “See, this is why you are the older one! But honestly, it’s kind of entertaining.” She replied, clapping her hands together once more before letting out a small laugh. “Alright! Rubbing alcohol and menus, let’s get this party started!” Medea jumped up off the bed and started towards her own bathroom. 

Hestia shook her head at her sister with a soft smile. She always wanted Medea to this happy, soft and bright, and she would do anything to stop anyone or anything who tried to mess with her sister. “Exactly why i’m the older one. But come on, I’ll grab the menus you deal with that.” She walked over to the folder of menus and looked over what they could have. The folder was something their dad did, his one organizing quality and for some reason the girls just picked it up. “What are you in the mood for, sis?” She  called out.

“That seems, very…bleak. The ending thing. I try not to think of the end of anything. I wouldn’t be me if I did. I would always worry. Granted sometimes the end isn’t bad, for instance the end of a rough period or an end to loneliness, that’s not bad, but just the end end? That’s…how do you go on each day if you think about the end of…well everything?” 

She blinked and then raised a brow. “Yeah that’s like my everyday. Sometimes I see the end of everything. Not everything in the sense of everything, but everything for someone. The ending of a career, the ending of a party, the end, the end, the end. Beginnings are so much rarer.”

“From the… card? You don’t remember?” Michaela asked, glancing over her shoulder as if to see if she was being punk’d or something. “Oh I don’t know how lucky I really am, but I appreciate the compliment and wait seriously? But, they’re flavored marshmallows? They’re great!”

Her head burned for a moment, a passing vision. It was more annoying then anything and it really took her out of conversations. “Nothing, nothing.” She smiled and shuddered. “I grew up with the knock off brand and I just could never figure out the taste. Ugh. Weird. But the oreo cereal that’s what I’m all about.”

His eyes widened the more so spoke. “You literally are out here takin’ the words right outta my mouth! Chocolate is my guilty pleasure. Lemon and apple are the faves. I’m just glad you didn’t say pumpkin, I’d have to take back my offer,” he joked. 

“god, finally someone understands me” she threw her hands out slightly. “ugh pumpkin is so gross. i would take an apple pie over pumpkin pie any thanksgiving. i would even dare a pecan pie over pumpkin. i know, that’s a bit unorthodox but ugh pumpkin.”

“Oh! I’m a director. Gigi King the king for Horror. I created and produce Tales of Terror. The show is kinda my baby. That and I’m working on something fun for the Summer. A movie of sorts,” She teased to the other. “What about you, Hestia?”

“We got the lady in charge.” Hestia nodded, “Yeah, yeah I think I’ve heard of that show before. You should be beyond proud of that baby, it’s a pretty damn good show.” She praised crossing her arms. “Me, locations. Got this little gift of clairvoyance, comes in handy on the job.”

“Hestia,” Medea spoke as she walked into her sisters room and plopped down on her bed. “What are our dinner plans for tonight? Because, I’m honestly pooped and don’t feel like cooking. Plus I have so much glue still stuck to my fingers look,” She clapped her hands together before slowly pulling them apart. “Swear I washed them like twenty times today.”

Hestia was quietly knitting in her room, just a habit she picked up to help her focus her mind when it got too crowded with visions. However that silence was interuppted when Medea jumped on to her bed. Anyone else Hestia would have been pissed. But her sister could do no wrong and inhaled and placed her craft aside. “Well, how ‘bout we just order something. Got all those menus, lets try something new” Hestia could only laugh. “Did you try the rubbing alcohol?

“I know. Among other things,” Gigi said with a playful smirk as she shook the other’s hand back. “And I know right? It’s very rare to find someone as fun as myself unfortunately.”

Hestia scoffed a laugh and nodded. “It is very rare. So Gigi what do you do here? Other then provide those around you with your presence”

“Well, seeing that I don’t know what the ‘or what’ is, how about you surprise me?”

She rolled her blue eyes and shuffled her cards. She pulled out a few nothing special until she eyed one. “Why are vampires always so hard to read.”

“Yeah and after what happened at the rave and how government are responding this new start is probably not for the best… If you ever find the lottery numbers though, I’d be definitely interested in that.”

“You and me both. The problem with lottery numbers is they can change so if I see one version most of the time it changes right before. As for the government, ugh.” She rolled her eyes.

“Mean?” Pierre asked with a frown. “Is it rude to witches to ask about your special abilities?” He asked. “I apologize if so.”

“No I literally just saw something. Sorry, distracted. Maybe it’s rude to ask some but I don’t care.” She closed her eyes for a moment and groaned. “You’re very blurry to read.”

Hestia glazed over for a moment before she refocused and raised a brow. “You got a lot going on don’t ya? Listen I just read the cards, they have their own story and I’m just here to tell it. I don’t have control over which one I read and death stuck to my hand and that means it wanted to be read first. That’s all.”

“Woman, you are speakin’ my language. Pie is my favorite! Yes I know a few places we can get some good pie. Serious question though. What kinda pie is your favorite?” 

“Damn, that’s a hard question. See ya can’t go wrong with a piece of apple pie from a questionable place in the desert. Lemon is always good, but chocolate is an underrated underdog. You?”

“Well, that might be the best news I’ve heard all day. I might have to keep you around more often. Be my good luck charm or something,” She teased. “It’s nice to meet you too, Hestia. And- whoa. Are you okay? I don’t think that card likes you too much…”

“No that was you.” She looked down on the cut on her hand and then back at the woman, “How did you get hurt?” Hestia pulled out a band aid from her bag and wrapped her cut up. “I’m no good luck charm, I just read the good luck charms. But fun facts I hate lucky charms cereal.”
