Hello everyone, it is I, Veronica aka Vee aka the one that really needs your help right now.

I can’t get a job. I apply to ads, I go to the rare interview and still nothing. Which means I’m basically depending on my mother’s income (which isn’t much) or my occasional sale (which has been on the down low in the past few months). On top of that, I went to my driving (practical) exam and failed. To redo it I need to pay a little over 300€. I paid part of it because it’s all I had. 

Until the stars shine down on me and I get through an interview and get a job, I’m entirely depending on my art+shops. So please, if you can, share/signal boost this post and help a struggling artist. It would mean the world. I swear I wouldn’t be writing this if it wasn’t important.

hey JJ! first off, I wanted to say that your book wintersong has changed my life. hands down the best story I’ve ever read, and I couldn’t have finished it faster. you are absolutely wonderful! secondly, if there was ever a wintersong movie made, do you have any actors you have in mind when you picture Elizabeth and The Goblin King? or perhaps Käthe? thank you, and lots of love! xx

I have no fancasts in mind for my characters; I know what they look like, but I haven’t taken the time to find anyone to match those images in my head. I do draw—the drawings of Liesl and the Goblin King at the front of Wintersong and Shadowsong (respectively) are done by me, but I haven’t consciously based on them on any one specific person. The exception, of course, is the Goblin King, who was obviously inspired by David Bowie as Jareth. :)

Also, I am an Old who is out of the loop, so I have no idea who’s even working in Hollywood these days.
