i've always said that labubus and much of the like are ugly, so when my childhood best friend dragged me out to a popmart store i didn't expect to buy anything. little did I know they had a whole clown line of actually cute little fuckers! (actually a couple in this line were fuckass labubus but i didn't pull them luckily) and serendipitously, the one i pulled looked just like my roblox avi! happy days! popmart, you win this time

an unsolicited fivenaf 2 review

i saw two movies in cinemas this month-- both of them sequels (wicked: for good and fnaf 2). it would've been three if I had managed to squeeze in. zootopia 2 after finals but i was too depressed. this is in no capacity a well-written, thought-out review, but i just wanted to share my thoughts and write something that isn't for uni.

i wanna start with what i liked! in terms of adaptions, im the type of person that can forgive the shortcomings of transitioning form one medium to another as long as everything from the original gets adapted. clunky storytelling and pacing can be forgiven if i see all the things i imagined in my head happen on the big screen. case and point i loved all of the things that came from the games! the implementation of the game mechanics into the story was so fun! the fuckass mask instead of the doors and the mask not working on foxy was something i really enjoyed seeing on screen. i know jumpscares a cheap horror, but that's what the franchise was built on, so i really liked that there were more jumpscares in this one! the puppets by Henson were really good still! i do have to give the movie its props because there was a point where i, a balloon boy stan ever since i'd first heard of the games, was thinking to myself that there was not enough balloon boy in the movie, and less than a minute after that, he appeared and for that i simply have to stan.

for the cons. the writing wasn't great. a lot of cliches (josh hutcherson being 'hopless without his sister' and her needing to tie his tie), overly repetitive lines ('i wanna see what's inside your head'), plot inconsistencies and holes, and the ending (which i'll get to). i could get into it more but i dont think id have anything more to add than what's been said online. also! too much megan fox. no shade but chica having way more voice lines than bonnie and freddy was very apparent and every time she spoke, it became more and more weird how much the other two weren't speaking as much. i'd rather have the line distribution be much more even. i know they wanted the megan fox clout from the gp but i did want to hear a little more from kellen goff and matpat. while the animatronics were good, the effects for the possessions with the puppet were goody as hell and didn't really work imo. the ending was corny and ass and abrupt also. i don't know how nobody thought to fix it up even a little bit.

the acting was hit or miss and the ghostbusters were only added for the mckenna grace clout but hey, anything to get people to the theatres to bolster the success so that we can make the third movie and finally get more use of matthew lillard. i cant wait for the eventual scream reunion with william afton and emily henry. i also think the actress for charlotte was a standout. i also didn't really refresh myself on any fnaf lore before watching the movie so i did kind of forget mangle existed until they murked someone. which does make me excited for the way future animatronics will get adapted (ennard)

i mightve missed some things but this was just a quick little casual way to get my thoughts out there since ive been thinking about documenting some of my opinions on the movies and shows i've been seeing.

the newest bit city being themed about apocalypses and aliens but having a random skit about a dog strip club is just like the newest vhs movie that was supposed to be sci-fi alien themed having the one short film about a woman who turns people in to dogs tusk style. 

is this thought too niche?
