Lmao, told my doctor a year ago I had an eating disorder and he brushed it off. I told him again today when he again asked how I lost the weight, and when I told him I restricted below 1000 cals if I even ate that day, he told me that what I was doing was actually restrictive intermittent fasting and that I was better off with losing the weight anyways, so he’s concerned but doesn’t believe it’s an eating disorder. He just thinks I should focus on learning to love myself 🙃
