NYC New York Color Liquid Lipshine Gloss

  I received this product to test from the holiday Influster Voxbox.

I got the color Nude York City. It's a sheer nude gloss.

It's a little sticky, but still feels decent putting on. However, the stickiness does fade with time. For a cheap ($2.49) drugstore gloss, I'm surprised. The NYC Liquid Lipshine comes in ten different shades including nude, berries and fuchsias. You can see all colors at www.newyorkcolor.com. It's available at your local Wal-Mart, Target, Rite-Aid, CVS and other stores.

like i said above, all of these things are ready for reviews on my part, and i'm sure that katlyn has a couple of things that she can add to the list above. i want to note that there's a great mixture of department store and drugstore brands above; we both use brands that come from both, and we want to help you guys find makeup that is affordable and perfect for you!

so, this is the next big question: would you guys want us to post the "dupes" that we may stumble across either by ourselves, or hear about it through other makeup fanatics?

the reason why we wanted to ask is because lately, katlyn and i have found some drugstore products/brands that are just as good as the likes of urban decay, MAKE UP FOR EVER, smashbox, and many others. if you don't know what a "dupe" is, it's basically the same product (whether it be eyeshadow, foundation, brushes, lipstick/lip gloss, primer, eyeliner, etc.) that a department store brand makes but made by a drugstore brand instead. the prices are cheaper, but the quality and colors/finish are the same exact thing. of course, pigmentation and wear usually aren't as good with dupes in drugstores, but i would rather pay $3 for my foundation than $42 at sephora. so please let us know about that too, if you'd like to see them posted!

with that being said, all you need to do is drop us a message with the products you want to see reviewed the most or you can submit a review that you may have did yourself or that you found online (whether on a blog or on youtube or anywhere) and we'll gladly post it with full credit to you (or the person you may link us to)!
