Making Little

The making little workshops aim is to make beautiful,long lasting objects with careful thought about the material. The design of my objects is dictated by the material and the material is dictated by my surroundings. My surroundings gives me green wood from fallen trees and coppicing and also recycled wood from broken furniture. All this timber comes with its own shape and purpose. Then, with the practice of craft I marry these together to make the objects you see in the gallery. Material, comfort and longevity are my guiding principles.

On the 19-20th of August we will be holding workshops in north wales. Both metalwork and woodwork, bringing together local makers to pass on a passion for craftsmanship.
