Step Right Up || Malakai & Open
The blonde haired woman sent glares at the man, though she knew it would do no good, it made her feel better. When he smirked the girl pulled her lips into a grimace since his smile was anything but attractive or comforting. âYeah but the thing isâŠI donât wanna.â she retorted, pushing out her hips as her arms remained crossed over her chest. She didnât flinch or even try to move when he took a step forward, standing her ground with the not at all scary man. âBut I wasnât running. I was walking there is a difference you see but i guess you are blinder than ever if you think otherwise. âIt isnât curfew yet so they wouldnât be able to do anything. I know the rules here, I was born in the day, but it wasnât yesterday.â she rolled her eyes forcing past him. âNow I have four less minutes to make my tea because of you.â she grumbled, making her way to the kitchen.
It was clear to the Warden, that this one was going to be tough. Not in the traditional way, where ill threats and protection was enforced, but rather in the way that she was proving, already, to be a pain in the ass. âUnfortunately for you, itâs not your choice.â Heâd spoken plainly, there was little emotion to his tone, and his eyes followed suit. Usually, eyes would spill the most, but not with this man. âItâs called a matter of phrase, but I suppose you know nothing about that, now, do you? I also implore you to take a breath every so often, instead of spilling your guts so consistently.â His hands tucked aimlessly within his pockets, as he watched the other. âNo, but you did smash something, and Iâm certain itâs against Asylum rules to carry around glass objects. Itâs harmful, you see, so thereâs point one. Youâre also talking sourly to a member of staff, which isnât tolerated, point two. By the time you set foot in this corridor again, youâll have passed curfew, point three. Have I explain enough, or do you need more help? By the way, youâre making little sense in everything you say. Saying you were born in a day, but not yesterday, makes you sound like an uneducated child. It isnât attractive.â He spoke idly, before turning to follow her, taking equally lazed steps. âBest hurry up, then.â
