Part 2 of doodles/drawings, more of the rest of the party, npcs and one of the main villains our DM had to create since we ended up killing a recurring villain (Ilvara) super early on, from our out of the abyss campaign!
An immense thank you to assassin-artist for creating this template [x]! Finally sat down and wrote out a relationship chart and brief intro featuring my SH oc twins, Willow and Holly Scarlet. This spoils all story based content up to ep5 and follows a world state before the KE and SS trait save switch. Some things may be changed or revamped in the future, who knows, lmao.
Willow (She/Her)
Traits: TTA and SS
Occupation: Teacher, biology (high school bc middle school kids are particularly vicious and elementary school kids are fragile)
Housing situation: Ten roommates. Willow gets along with them for the most part but is currently working on finding something more private.
Overview: Willow upon first meeting appears unapproachable. She's someone who rarely smiles, but beneath that is someone who has a lot of care and empathy for most people. She’s an independent person who grew up taking on the peacemaker role inside her family, which gave her a lot of patience when it comes to dealing and (when necessary) shutting down people’s bullshit. Her SS trait allows her to read people well but instead of using it to get in the final word, she leverages it to better understand people. Because from her general experience, people lying isn't some novelty. And taking the time understand why, favors everyone in the long run. Willow is someone who will go extra mile for those she cares about, but she’s not always great with burdening others about her own problems, and tends to feel especially responsible when her decisions negatively impact others. Overall, Willow is someone fairly comfortable in her own skin and isn't someone so easily shaken. SH has really tested those limits however.
Prediction: Willow is probably going to give too much of herself that she can never have back
Holly (He/Him)
Traits: Mystic and KE
Occupation: Freelance artist, specialty in metal sculptures and jewelry making
Housing situation: Living from Internet cafe to Internet cafe. Holly struggles having a more permanent living situation due to his mystic ability and generally prefers to sleep in a temporary space or his art studio. He hasn’t had a truly restful sleep in gods know how long.
Overview: Holly, similar to his twin, also appears unapproachable on first glance. He's a kind person like Willow and tends to smile and be a little more agreeable. But unlike his sibling who just suffers from resting bitchface, Holly can't help the perpetual depressing air about him. This is due to Holly's mystic abilities which upon manifestation became a great source of misery throughout his entire life. It caused a lot of friction between him and Vivian up until her death, and it's only been as of late, Holly began to take steps to embrace his life. But with SH and its horrors constantly looming, Holly can't help but feel like he's living on a constant ticking clock. That aside, Holly overall is a fairly quiet, cautious person. He's someone who loves deeply, and is fiercely loyal and protective of the people he cares about. Sometimes for the better and sometimes to his own detriment.
Prediction: Holly is probably going to go off the deep end and take everyone with him
Their dynamic together as siblings
There's definitely a lot more levity. I think together they're a lot more goofy and comfortable with one another. Willow is a little less reserved and Holly is a little less sad.
They bully each other as siblings do. They're also fiercely protective of one another.
But they would know how to keep one another grounded and in check.
And I think in a scenario where they both did attend the funeral, things would probably go more favorably and they'd both invite Tabitha to join that sibling dynamic. To varying degrees of success. They’d both piss Tabitha off lmao.
