Sorry for the very slow posts, just haven’t been the best mentally. Here is my resting heartbeat.

I am still unaware what rhythm my heart goes into (starts at about 14 seconds) but it’s stumped me, I don’t know if it’s bad or not but my doctor has just been dismissive, so I would really appreciate it someone more knowledgeable than myself could tell me, that would be greatly appreciated.
