My heartbeat while standing. No breath holds, or stimulation. Just standing. Stays at about 130 the whole time. Hope you enjoy 😊

Had a shower now valsalva to calm my heart down, I went pretty easy on the shower so it wasn’t too fast. Sorry about the really shitty audio and the low battery notif. My heart was skipping like crazy tho
