Fresh juices! I started juicing, usually spinach/ kale/ carrot/ apple and I’ve noticed an increase in supply! I know how hard it is for some mama’s to keep a good supply (me included) and for anyone trying to create a good stash before returning to work. I also added 1-2 extra pumping sessions a day and by doing this + the fresh juices (with leafy greens) i pumped much more.
