Rebekah looekd at her. She suspected this fear was normal in mothers, but she had no way of knowing for sure. “Don’t be ridiculous, you’re perfectly cut out to be a mother.” she said. “And do you know how I know this? Because you’re willing to go to the ends of the Earth to protect her. That’s how a mother should be.”
"I wouldn't know, would I?" Hayley sighed and started in on her food. Between bites, she continued speaking. "I'm just expected to be a mother to this baby without knowing what the hell I'm doing. I never had a good mother."

"Monique helped me. After all, she is a Deveraux." Genevieve added back, she didn’t saw any of the Mikaelson brothers around and truly, she expected it that way. She wasn’t exactly on their party list after she finished breaking their family. "Now with Marcel exciled your people may return to the city."
"I was hoping I'd hear that." Now the only thing left was to truly get her people back. This werewolf curse was difficult in and of itself. And she had a lot of other things to juggle--a baby, for instance. "Thanks. For the food and the... notification."
"Because I mean it." Rebekah said, moving over to sit beside her as well. "Not only that, but if we want your baby to be healthy, you need to eat."
"It's getting closer to delivery day. I don't think I'm cut out to be a mom." This was one thing that had been pressing on Hayley's mind--the concern grew as the days went on. As the weeks went on. She fidgeted slightly, looking at Rebekah.
"Oh, of course."
"I've been living off tea recently. This kid must be British or something. So what did you bring home?"
