Victor Gideon in 1998 - I envision his young adult fashion sense is that of 80s yuppie, and he still dress pretty much the same until his 40s.
Since he's greatly idolized Spencer, a man who represented old money sophistication, elitism, and absolute power, Victor would emulate this authority in a modern corporate setting by wearing immaculate tailored perfection suit, nothing off the rack, ( hc he was quite tall already, 1.98 absolutely) Now what missing here is the suspenders and contrast-collar shirts (see Gordon Gekko from Wall Street) maybe i would come back to draw that for his 2004 version.
Victor Gideon in 2022 - He is no longer trying to impress anyone or claw his way to the top—those are long gone days, he is completely comfortable in his power at the care centre. The clothing looks softer and looser, and he doesn't wear a tie anymore because he has a big fat neck now. (btw this deep, blood-crimson shirt under a dark suit is my new favourite, it giving predatory color scheme 💅 uhmmm slay)

EXTRA ANIMATION
like my previous Shimejis, this one has unique frames for each action of the Shimeji. best example is the walk, run, dash actions seen below
there are other actions that have unique frames like these, but that's for you to find out yourself sksks
BIGGER FRAME SIZE
like the title says. this is my first shimeji project that has bigger frame size than 128 px. Each and every action has frames that are much bigger than normal. even longer hehe
up for ya to explore which has changed
CUSTOM ACTION NAME
As per usual, some actions are renamed to better fit the character. Here is a brief guide (full list in shimeji folder):
Sit And Face Mouse - Eyes On Me
Sit And Spin Head (Special Action) - Deep Sea Bunny!
Sit While Dangling Legs - Sit And Wig Tail
CUSTOM ACTION
Just like my previous shimejis, also got a custom action in which was the pet action
BUT
here will be different, I've replaced it with a flash animation (similar to the flash Sebby action ya can do in the game)
yes he wields a gun (that I drew badly, sorry I only had so much pixels to work with hhhh)
as seen in the gif :3
Steps to do this action is as followed:
Make the shimeji sit down (any surface is okay, ie work floor/window top)
Move the cursor to the shimeji's head
Make sure it is a hand cursor and not an arrow cursor
FLASH HIM! BULLY HIM!!
If you want to pick up the shimeji without prompting the pet action, just move the cursor lower until it turns into the arrow icon
NON-SYMMETRICAL SHIMEJI
like mackie and ao lie, Sebby also has non-symmetrical frames! So his eyes and arm will always be on the correct side (unless ya get the less frames version, more info below)
Sebby needed much more frames than he needs to get this effect to work. But, it may make some devices lag. So, there's 2 versions to download. One with symmetry and one without
PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE LESS FRAME VERSION TO NOT FRY YOUR PC'S!!
EXTRA INFO ON THE LESS FRAMES VERSION
this one is very important. SEBBY IS VERY BIG (file wise I mean heh)
Since he has more frames, bigger frames size compared to my older shimejis, his files size is also much MUCH bigger
So even though you downloaded the less frame version, he might still lag your devices. If yes, then I advice you dont use him anymore or else your devices will not be usable anymore
Having a functional laptop is more important than having fish.

A SECOND DRAGGING ANIMATION
just like the gif above, I have given him 2 dragging animations: drag from his head & drag from his tail
the way to get the dragging animation you want will depend on where you dragged him from
1: Normal Dragging Animation
If the cursor is a normal arrow, away from tail
2: Upside Down Dragging Animation
If aim at his tail, the cursor turns into a hand cursor, not an arrow cursor
And yes, it works when he is doing other actions as well! just make sure you aim at his tail correctly and ya get to rotate the fool
COLORED SETTINGS
also added custom menu colors, really a fan of the color scheme here :>
If you would like to change the colours yourself, just head into the "Theme" tab and change the colours there.
ALTERED SOME ACTIONS
Similar to my previous shimejis, some actions will now happen. Regardless if you choose it in the "Set Behaviour" list.
Think this will be the standard for my shimejis moving forward.
UPDATES?
Unlike my previous shimejis. I don't think I'll be updating Sebby after this. he is practically already done to 100%, and there is no plans for me to add anything new to him. Even if I do update him, it would just be program updates and bug fixes.
Besides that, no future updates for Sebastian.
