Merry Christmas!
Love them both!!
It’s the time of the year…
Surprise!
Spoilers
For the record. This was a good ending. We were told by the show a million times that Dexter living was only going to cause tragedy. He can’t live without killing, he was miserable when he did, the first episode of NB really showed that.
It was this or jail.
He re-traumatized Harrison when he killed Kurt, he showed that what he does is monstrous. He is a killer, and he was only going to drag Harrison down with him. I love Dexter, I believe he loves his son. I believe this had to work out this way. This is Dexter’s redemption.
I hope Harrison moves on, I hope he gets therapy, I hope he gets to be happy. I hope there’s no spin-offs, it will only screw it up.
I do not blame people sad Dexter died, at all, I am too! I loved his character a really long time. But I don’t think there was another option for this, if we wanted a conclusive ending.
he’s a serial killer but he’s also just so very tiny in a big chair
David Magidoff posted this “behind the scenes” video yesterday.
“I don’t know what we all ate but this day on set we were all being quite silly. Was it because we were inside and not freezing? Was it because we were all on a stage with random set pieces like a giant nutcracker and a magician’s box? Was it because we all were in this emotional scene where Michael runs in to help his son in a crime scene? Who can say! Certainly not me. I am but only a man. Please enjoy this magic trick …”
I love magic!!

“Things I’ve been watching in 2020” – My twitter thread
So I started this twitter thread back in May on things I have been watching during the COVID-19 lockdown and afterwards. xx tweets later and many intertwined threads, I decided to compile it here in my blog for future reference.
Will keep updating it from most recent to the first ones I added in March 2020.
