Join us for a screening of episode 4 of 'Dexter: Resurrection.' Followed by a conversation with actors Michael C. Hall, Krysten Ritter, David Zayas, Eric Stonestreet and Jack Alcott moderated by Jessica Shaw.

Series Synopsis: DEXTER: RESURRECTION, a continuation of DEXTER: NEW BLOOD, takes place weeks after Dexter (Hall) takes a bullet to the chest from his own son, as he awakens from a coma to find Harrison (Alcott) gone without a trace. Realizing the weight of what he put his son through, Dexter sets out for New York City, determined to find him and make things right. But closure won’t come easy. When Miami Metro’s Angel Batista (Zayas) arrives with questions, Dexter realizes his past is catching up to him fast. As father and son navigate their own darkness in the city that never sleeps, they soon find themselves deeper than they ever imagined—and that the only way out is together.

This time the umbrella is rain protection for the team and the actors in New York on a wet night shoot.

Flashback to the very first filming of Dexter in Miami 2005.

These were the first pictures that I´ve seen of Michael after his role in "Six Feet Under"

I remember Michael talking about the atmosphere in Miami, the heat and humidity and this scene was filmed in an empty pool. The very first victim of the Ice Truck Killer was found there.

The umbrella was probably a sun shield. A tiny deja vu for the current filming in New York nowadays.

The "Dexter" film team was also spotted at NY University campus on wednesday... Michael included.

The sound is a bit off - it´s from the tv killer podcast in "Dexter - Cold Blood" I think.

Uma Thurman was announced for the new season again and I am very excited to hear that. Her character Charley knows about Dexter´s secret and also has a lot of family "burdens" to carry....we will see how this will work out. Peter Dinklage´ s character isn´t around anymore for some reasons...

 lapllitandfic: Brian Cox and a young Dexter Morgan (i.e. Michael C. Hall) on stage together in the Mark Taper Forum’s 1997 production of David Hare’s “Skylight."

How exciting!! Brian Cox will join the cast as the infamous "New York Ripper" who was referenced a lot in the last season. I do not know how big his role is, but it´s always a treat to have excellent actors around.

And so it´s good to know he was on stage as Michael´s father (on stage though...) in the play "Skylight" in the 90´s.

So it was announced that shooting "Dexter- Resurrection II" should start in April ´26- and so it did!!

Nice to know, cameras are rolling again in New York.

Michael and James Remar reprise their roles (as is Jack Alcott who married last year btw. I hope)

Some fellow actors are announced who are new to the Dexter Universe but some familiar faces will appear again.
