I feel like this time, they really centered the menu of Alice in Wonderland, and not on the characters ahaha. It's a bit sad we don't get other characters contents, like Lenalee (or Mana lol) but that's the way it is !
I also feel the organisers messed up (again) and they mistook Camelot for Road's name lol.

I believe him to have a huge heart for honest love and gender isn't a make or break deal for him, however I also believe him to be asexual (probably bc of insecurities around his body). Ace/Aro Allen makes a ton of sense too tho! Some kind of demisexual maybe? I want you to expand on your own hc to my inbox. Pls.
Trans!Allen is just so important to me. There's also the fact that Hoshino initially wanted for Allen to be a girl...

I finally got around to posting something about chapter 258.
Overall, the "farewell to Allen Walker" was quite grand, you could almost say with fanfare, and the whole "our Allen isn't really our Allen because he's not the Allen who's Allen but the Allen who's actually Allen and--" kind of talk felt pretty convincing. Still, I can't help but look at it with my own barely justified thoughts, like: "But hold on, we were here, and he was there, and I mean-- ugh, anyway-"
To me, the most powerful statements of Allen's identity were those ~three times he punched himself in the chest and said: "I, Allen Walker, am an EX-OR-CIST." So I believe, or at least I hope, that we'll continue to follow not the Allen who's chasing some mysterious goal from 35 years ago, but the Allen who's still walking the path that Mana Walker set him on.
And that's when I remembered the mysterious "last-name basis" relationship between Allen and the man who keeps saying "I'm not an inspector anymore", but is still called by his last name, Link.
I wonder how Allen will react to his own surname once he learns the truth about Mana, that the guidance he received actually came from Nea? Will Link, after everything, keep reminding Allen of the promise he made every time he calls him by name?
Well, as of chapter 258, I have more questions than answers.
