I have been playing the Sims since it's Sims 1 came out int 2000. I enjoy creating realistic locations and sims and playing out stories with a hint of sci-fi featuring androids and aliens.

Recently finished all the Strange and defeated Mother. Loving this game pack. Probably the most entertaining Sim 4 pack to date. More like this and Jungle Adventures please. #ts4

The Bunker can be found under manarose89 on the gallery. Minimal CC used. I made this lot for my paranoid military sim who enjoys archaeology and world exploring. All the strangeness happening has made her very paranoid so she constructed a bunker to keep her safe and quarantined while she figures it all out. I’m very found of this build. #ts4

High school I created in game. This lot attracts teens. It can be found on the gallery under manarose89 and I may provide download and cc links in the future. None of the cc is my own, but it is a cc heavy lot just like my town center. This school includes a lot of activities to keep your teens busy during the school day. Basement level: Ice rink with bleachers, gym with weights, pool with bleachers and diving, bathroom with showers, gymnastics area with a functional gymnastics vault (Credit to the amazing necrodog who makes a lot of custom objects with animations). 1st floor: Principal’s office, secretary's office (these make the school functional with Zerbu’s Get to School mod) ,  a display showing off prom queen and graduation items from past school years (Credit to brittpinkiesims), Cafeteria, outdoor hangout with fountain, Home Ec (flower arrangement and woodworking), and a large gym with deco bleachers and  functioning basket ball hoops. 2nd floor: 2nd level stairs and a small nurse’s office. 3rd floor: Art class with the ability to make a wall mural, pain on easels, deco and non deco tablets for digital painting, and many deco items for painting and drawing; Photography class including camera, a computer for editing, a gallery showing off people’s work, a station to take photos, and a darkroom; Science class featuring deco items for chemistry and biology (a lot of items from ATS4); Music class with areas to practice singing, invisible dance floor to practice dancing, and instruments to play; and Home room with a lot of math class type decor and random items to make it look like real students sit there.

Can be found in the gallery under manarose89. I created a huge town center lot for sims to live in. This build includes a gas station, a church, Bath and Body Works, karaoke bar, bus stop, Dr’s office (pediatric with OBGYN, xray, same day procedures, and playground), and mall (1st floor: Target, Pet shop, library underground: 18+ Strip bar, Arcade, Hookah bar, Pool, Gym, Rave 2nd floor: Cafeteria with Burger King, Baskin Robins, Dunkin Donuts, and Starbucks; Game store; Disney Store; Clothing Shop; Artist’s Alley 3rd floor: Nice apartments- one bedroom 4th floor: Value apartments that need TLC, Fish market, Salon, Flower shop, Comic store, Record’s store, and a small Asian eatery). With mods this lot has a lot of possibilities (private practice, focus on retail, or move on multiple families for a work around custom apartment building). I may include a link to all CC used in the future.

A zoo I built in game. This zoo uses amazing cc from The Kalino who created realistic animals using pets; Bakie who created animations including flamingos, swimming alligator, birds, insects, whales, and sharks; and brittpinkiesims who created static zoo animal sculptures and zoo decor. In the future I may tag all other CC used in this build. Can be found in the sims 4 gallery under manarose89.
