Need an ego check? Try front squatting 😂 Went from a 260 lbs back squat PR last week, to feeling like I was gonna die with 155 lbs for sets of 5 on front squats today 🙈 I guess that's just some #mondaymotivation to actually start working on them 😅
Felt like experimenting this morning and made blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes! they turned out kinda amazing if I do say so myself 😏 [328 cals 7F/50C/28P] 🍋 packet of @quaker lemon ricotta pancake oatmeal (or ~1/2 cup regular oats) 🍋 1/2 cup low fat ricotta cheese 🍋 2 egg whites 🍋 baking powder 🍋 sweetener to taste 🍋 blueberries Blend oats until they resemble a flour like consistency. Mix with ricotta, eggs, baking powder and sweetener until smooth. Fry up like normal pancakes! I also made a blueberry sauce by microwaving some blueberries for ~30 seconds and mixing with maple syrup 👌

Today was the day, the final day of Ph3 and the day I finally tested my maxes 😈 I'm happy to say that my new maxes are 260# squat, 165# bench and 340# deadlift! I'm a bit frustrated because I know I could've done better, but at body weight 123 lbs, that gives me a Wilks score of 409.47 so I'm not mad 💪😏

Finally giving in and trying this sweet potato toast thing! Not gonna lie, I was skeptical at first, but I can totally see why this is a trend. It was SO good! 😋 I tried one with dark chocolate & coconut 🍫 one with avo, tomatoes & sea salt 🍅 one with pb, banana & mini chocolate chips 🍌 and one with pumpkin spice pb, pumpkin pretzels & pumpkin seeds 🎃 Can you tell I'm still stuck in pumpkin season? 😂 Surprisingly, I think my favorites were the avocado and pumpkin ones! The saltiness from the pretzels and seeds, and the literal salt on the avocado one actually worked really well with the sweet potato 👌 Highly recommend!
