It’s Dexter meets the Bourne Identity (an assassin with Dexter’s sociopathic inner monologue, and a similar film style to both at different points) but without Dexter’s charisma or the empathy you feel for Jason Bourne

So, for me at least, it’s hard to really care about the protagonist or the action. Not particularly worth the time.
