T H U R S D A Y T H O U G H T S 💭 Be proud of how far you’ve come. No matter what it is that you’re going through, please praise yourself on those steps forward. You may not realize that you’re moving forward but you are. Every bit counts. You don’t have to be making major changes in your life to be creating change. Today, during my 5am workout, I thought to myself, “I have so much more work ahead of me in order to reach my goal.” & for a split second, I felt defeated 😕 so right away, i (consciously) had to turn my thoughts around and told myself, “I have made such incredible progress & if I never made another change again, I would still be so happy & content.” I then reminded myself instead of looking at ‘what else needs to be done’ I need to start appreciating all the hard work and time I’ve invested to get to where I am in the present (even if i know there’s still room for improvement).
