She was laid out on the bed sleeping. The female doctor could see her from the doorway. Dr. Amina Hansen, renown cardiovascular specialist. Now was her moment she knew. Her moment to fulfill the longings that doctorhood could not fill in her. While the patient was sleeping, she had to act fast, if this was going to work. The poor lil patient had come in just for a minor intervention. And she would get much more than she bargained for. Much much more.
Dr. Hansen approached, syringe in hand. The patient stirred. She plunged it into her IV port before she could wake up. Moments later her eyes popped open but they began to roll back into her head. She was trying to stay awake ,mumbling her protest. Trying to fight the medicine It was impossible, Dr. Hansen knew.
“There there strong girl…” the doctor cooed into her ear as she brushed her patient’s hair from her forehead. “It’s okay now.” She looked at her chart.”It’s ok… Chrissette Davis. I’ve got you ….just let yourself go.” She whispered in her ear, planting a kiss on Chrissette’s head.” Chrissette’s slightly opened eyes finally closed and Dr. Hansen grinned. She made ready to transport her patient to her surgical lab. Her secret hideaway where all the fun would happen.
She pulled the bed from the wall and made sure all electric devices were unattached. Then she plummeted her helpless little patient down the hall and away from prying eyes. Since everyone was busy, they were barely noticed.
Finally, after making it into the lab Dr. Handsen arranged her bed near the surgical table and rolled Chrissette over lifeguard style until she was in the right spot. She planted two firm fingers into her neck and felt the pulsation against them. “Oh good girl Chrissette.. Such a good girl!” The doctor cooed at her unconscious body. She hooked her patient up to leads and a monitor, to a pulse ox, and made ready for their experiments.
“Do you know how much the human heart beats?” Dr. Hansen said mostly to herself. Approximately 100,000 times a day sweetie.” Dr. Hansen opened Chrissette’s gown up. Her breasts were creamy and smooth but she hardly noticed them. Leads were dotted along her chest. Dr. Hansen reached in and planted two fingers under Chrissette’s left breast taking her apical pulse.Lub lubdub..lubdub.. “Very strong heart” she noted. “What do you say Chrissette dear if we give it a little break, shall we? Mhm I think it’s well deserved don’t you?”
Dr. Hansen leaned back and reached for the Crash Cart, rolling it closer to Chrissette. Another syringe laid right on top filled to the brim. This one larger and thicker than the other. “This, this right here will give that heart of yours a little break Chrissette.. Shall we?” she smiled sweetly and plunged the tip into Chrissette’s port and pushed. Slow and steady she ejected every drop into her arm.
Immediately her heart rhythm changed, it was still in sinus but soon it would disintegrate into nothingness. The doctor basked in her power over her. Breathing in each beat each moment Chrissette came closer to asystole. She took out her shiny black Littmann out of her pocket and placed it on Chrissette’s chest. It was rising and falling more rapidly, her breathing about to arrest at any moment. Dr. Hansen listened intently. “Oh yes.” She encouraged Chrissette’s proned form, hearing skipped beats, and flutters between real beats. “That’s it sweetheart.” she whispered sweetly.
“Let go sweetie. Give yourself over to me…come on… that’s right…Thaaaat’s iiitt!!!” she cooed into her ear ever so gently. The doctor leaned in close, steth planted over Chrissette’s apex as she watched her life force slip away and into her own capable hands. She went back and forth from watching the heart monitor dance to watching Chrissette’s struggling face and chest as she unconsciously fought to breath- to live.
“That’s it sweetheart! You can do. It’s ok…” Dr. Hansen groaned slightly as Chrissette’s chest halted. She was in respiratory arrest. “Oh yes. That’s it sweetie. Keep going. You’re almost there. It’s almost over!” she grinned climbing up onto Chrissette’s table with her knees. She didn’t want to miss a single thing. Her heart was stuttering now. Beating and fluttering sparingly. Dr. Hansen planted two fingers into her Carotid artery as she continued to monitor her heart via steth and ECG. Finally, it beat its final beat. The ECG went into flatline and a long steady alarm filling the room.
Dr. Hansen gasped a deep breath into her lungs soaking in the moment of her arrest. It had been so long since she’d stopped a heart, felt the thrill and the power soaking through her being. “That’s it sweetheart! You did it!” She waited a moment to be sure there was no pulse.None met her fingers in Chrissette’s neck. She dropped off the table and pulled Chrissette’s gown open further and planted her fingers now in the woman’s femoral artery. No pulse. “Good girl sweetie! You’re such a good girl. Let’s get that little heart of yours restarted shall we?” she kissed her forehead again.
She bent and grabbed an airway kit from the Crash Cart. She opened Chrissette’s limp mouth and inserted the laryngoscope blade into her awaiting throat, separating her airway from the vocal chords and gently shoved the breathing tube down her throat. She inflated the balloon that was to hold the tube in place. Quickly she could, she attatched her patient to a ventilator. Within seconds her chest was moving upwards filling with air as the machine pushed air into her starved lungs. The Doctor placed her steth back over the lung points and made sure Chrissette was well ventilated. Everything sounded perfect. The doctor was already injecting epi into Chrissette’s line and threw a stool by where Chrissette lay in cardiac arrest.
She planted the heel of one palm right between Chrissette’s nipples, the other came over the top of it, fingers interweaving as she used her body weight to thrust into Chrissette’s chest, forcing her heart to make a beat. Over and over she pummeled her chest. Ribs creaking-breaking, breath being forced out of her lungs in loud huffs. After two minutes of CPR v-fib showed on the monitor.
Dr. Hansen stopped assaulting Chrissette’s chest and wiped her own sweaty brow. “Good girl! That’s it!!! Keeping being a good girl for me Chrissette!!!” she grabbed the defibrillator pads, hurriedly placing them in position on her bare chest. One under the left breast at the apex, the other on the right clavicle above the breast. Dr. Hansen pressed the button ejecting the charge into Chrissette’s quivering heart. It had little effect. The fibrillation got slightly courser.
Dr. Hansen makes a tight fist and her eyes focus right on the center of Chrissette chest. Another epi was injected and the Doctor was back between her pink and erect nipples pounding her heart for her.
“Come on sweetie. Come on back to me!” she was breathing hard as she continued her resuscitation efforts. Another minute of Cpr and she was ready to defibrillate again. She placed her paddles pressing down hard and squeezed. Chrissette jolted. Her breasts jiggling, chest spasming, her entire body reacting to the jolt.
Dr. Hansen watched the monitor a moment. A beat. “That’s it girl! Come on!” she said louder willing her back. There was a troubled second beat after a few seconds. The third was a messy squiggle. Not a full beat. She was going back into arrest. “No you don’t sweetheart! No you dont’” She slammed a fist into Chrissette’s sternum then another and another. Her heart was regaining its rhythm. The doctor injected another heart stabilizing agent. Within moments a strong steady beat was broadcasting throughout the room.
Chrissette groaned. She was coming to. Her eyes slowly opened. She tried to speak but the tube was still in her throat. “Chrisette, I’m Dr. Hansen. It’s ok. Don’t be alarmed. Your heart stopped. I got it restarted. You’re ok now. It’s alright.” Dr. Hansen patted her head as she injected a sedative into her line and soon Chrissette was out again. It would be time to return her to her room soon. Dr. Hansen grinned. But first… there was more work to be done…
