a few years ago, my partner got me a bunch of rings for Christmas. then challenged me to do a mani to match each ring.

how'd i do?

For the longest time, I kept all my nail polish in the largest box I could find. And when the box got full... I started a second box. I hated this system - I kept buying the same colors because I couldn’t see what I had, I kept using only a few colors over and over because they were the ones I had out.

Armed with my x-acto blade, hot glue gun and some foam core board, I built small shelves on the side of my bookcase. I really love this new system! It’s so nice to see the colors I have. Too bad they don’t fit and I have some overflow in a small box and a shelf on the top of the bookcase 😅

The official count on my nail polish is ~220. Whew!

Some beautiful solids by Nine Zero Lacquer. These colors are from the Enemies of Hyrule collection. I have over 200 hours in Breath of the Wild, I couldn’t help myself! The Igneo Pebblit shade is so shiny 🤩
