I like that Lestat calls Daniel “Dan” it’s definitely a way of establishing that Lestat is his elder a nickname not out of familiarity or to build a false rapport but almost teasing way. Especially because Louis has this level of respect for Daniel and addressing him so. But it’s almost a cover because Louis loves to try and put Daniel in his place so it a thin line of respect. I can’t wait to see more of there dynamic.
