“Yeah its a good place, business has been booming according to Thierry. We get a lot of people in the cages and in the club itself.” Marcel said. He’d been doing a lot of the running of the place from Louisiana, leaving most of the nitty gritty stuff to Thierry, and he hadnt disappointed him. “Yeah he’s a good guy. I don’t usually turn people who aren’t.” he said, mostly hinting at the fact that he was his maker.
“So you turned him, huh? If that’s the case, then who turned you? Anyone I know?”
Party. This weekend.
He paused when her voice hit his ears. Turning his head slightly to look back at Katherine, he shrugged. “It’s better this way,” he replied before continuing to walk away.
“Alright.” Katherine responded with a shrug, letting her eyes find the bar once more so she could finish her drink and maybe find another human to feed from tonight. If Noah didn’t want to stick around, then that was his decision. She wasn’t gonna force him to stay if he wanted to leave.
Party. This weekend.
Noah lifted her up and shook his head. “I’m not turning my humanity back on. Ever,” he replied. Letting go of the vampire, he turned to disappear into the crowd. If she wasn’t going to satisfy his needs, he would find someone else to.
“Why not? What’s the reason behind that decision?” she questioned, knowing that despite him walking away, he could still hear her thanks to his hybrid hearing.
Party. This weekend.
“Very true,” he replied before dipping the vampire low. “Are you sure you don’t want to join me for the other half of the fun?”
“Yes, Noah.” Katherine nodded her head, patting him against the cheek. “We’re friends. Well, you with your humanity on considers me his friend. I don’t want you to become entirely guilt ridden and remorseful once you turn your humanity back on. You’re gonna have to deal with plenty of that already.”
Party. This weekend.
Noah watched the stranger leave after being compelled to do so. Taking Katherine’s hand, he spun her under his arm and pulled her closer to his body. “I’ve had better,” he replied with a smirk.
A small sound left Katherine when Noah suddenly took her by the hand and spun her under his arm, pulling her to himself. “You’ve had worse.” she responded in a playful voice, matching the smirk that was on Noah’s lips. Katherine had never really been one to drink from blood bags. She’d always preferred feeding straight from the vein.
Party. This weekend.
Noah finished off his drink as he watched Katherine feed. It was incredibly sexy. After a moment, he brushed the hair away from the other side of the girl’s neck before leaning down to plunge his fangs into her skin. The hybrid fed until he felt the stranger’s heart begin to slow. Noah pulled away and licked his lips.
Once the girl began growing weak, Katherine pulled her fangs back and let them disappear again. Her tongue moved around her lips to rid herself of the remaining blood, brushing some of it away from the female’s neck so it wouldn’t look too obvious. Looking into the human’s eyes with dilated pupils, she made sure to compel her, telling the girl to leave and forget about what had happened. Watching for a moment as their victim took her leave, Katherine turned her attention back to Noah with a smirk on her lips. “Told you she was delicious.”
Party. This weekend.
Noah entered the stranger’s eyesight and offered her a charming grin. “Hi. I’m Noah. You’re going to dance with me and not scream when my pretty friend and I bite your pretty neck,” he said as he compelled the girl. The hybrid nodded at Katherine, letting her know it was ok to feed.
Hazel eyes darted around the dance floor just to make sure that they weren’t drawing unnecessary attention to themselves. Katherine’s fangs extended the second Noah compelled the human and nodded at her to let her know she could go ahead and start feeding. Lowering her mouth all the way, the vampire let her sharp fangs sink into the female’s neck, gently humming against her.
Party. This weekend.
Smirking, he glanced at the girl that Katherine was staring at. He nodded before taking another sip of his drink. “Then let’s get her,” he replied before making his way through the crowd.
Katherine nodded before slipping off her seat, following Noah into the crowd. She kept her eyes on the girl at all times, starting to move her body to the music and eventually ending up behind the female. Katherine placed her hands on the girl’s hips, not caring if she liked it or not. Looking over the girl’s shoulder, she let her gaze fall in line with Noah’s, keeping her mouth close to the female’s neck.
Party. This weekend.
Noah nodded in agreement. “They all look delicious.” He leaned over and whispered into her ear. “Not as delicious as you though,” he joked before pulling away to take a sip of his drink.
“Oh, I’m aware of that. None them will ever be as delicious as me.” Katherine’s lips pulled up into a devious smile as she lowered her drink back down. Her eyes never strayed from one girl in particular on the dance floor though. “But I want her.” she motioned over to the girl in question before letting her eyes go back to Noah.
Party. This weekend.
Noah’s gaze dropped to Katherine’s ass as she walked in front of him. Following her into the bar, he observed the crowd as they made their way towards the bartender. “Rum and coke,” he ordered before turning to face the dance floor. Leaning his elbows back on the bartop, he smirked at all the college aged girls dancing around.
After receiving her drink from the bartender, Katherine brought the rim up to her lips. Her gaze followed Noah’s towards the dance floor, watching as all of the people inside the bar danced together. “She looks delicious.”
Okay, so you won.
All night?
Kyle, don’t do that.
Party. This weekend.
Noah sang along to the songs on the radio as they drove on the highway. After about ten minutes, Noah pulled up to a crowded bar. Parking the car, the hybrid got out and faced the building. He smirked as he listened to all of the beating hearts inside. “Let’s go.”
Climbing out of the car once it pulled up by the bar, Katherine glanced around and instantly picked up on the sound of the music that was playing inside. It wasn’t hard for her to pick up on the heartbeats of the drunk humans that were roaming around, which was always music to her ears. Brushing passed the hybrid, the brunette pushed the door open, entering the building. She made her way over to the bar and hopped down on one of the seats. The second the bartender came over, her brown eyes grew wide so she could use her compulsion on him. “Give me your fanciest cocktail and whatever my friend wants to drink. For free.”
Okay, so you won.
Stay.
I can’t, I need a breather. I’ll be back tomorrow morning.
Party. This weekend.
Noah smirked as she got into his car. “I’m full of surprises, babe,” he responded before peeling off to zoom towards Newport.
Katherine fastened her seat belt after getting into Noah’s car, leaning back in the passenger’s seat and staring out of the window as they drove towards Newport.
Okay, so you won.
I love you.
Love you too.
Party. This weekend.
Hop in. This will be faster.
I didn’t know you had your car with you here.
