And so the last of the genie trilogy. I actually really liked the choice to go with the BotW Gerudo set, it’s a really nice touch. If I had a chance to get this redone, I’d probably do better in regards to how the ring is positioned :s

But I still got a mermaid for mermay! Originally, I had mermaid Wii Fit Trainer paired with mermaid Samus, but I axed Samus in favor of Rosalina, so only Wii Fit Trainer came out for her. Bloom also looks really nice here, and a mermaid Kingdra is pretty unique.

This was my first commission ever from her! Originally I just wanted a regular mermaid Rosie due to her not doing one for mermay, but I instead went with her as a genie. Best change I ever made :)
Now look who we have here! It’s Rose, looking sharp. Rose is fun because she actually began life as an Inkling OC of mine, which was more or less the same oc of another artist, so it was stealing on two layers! But now here she is in her final state as a vampire. What is that, a Switch shirt in Japanese? Probably got it directly from Japan. Hecking weeb.

Eh, looky here, we got my boy, Lucas. He was one of my first OCs and unashamedly a bit of a self-insert, but he’s grown much beyond that and has been defined much more distinct from myself. I mean, look at him; he wears a retro gamer shirt. I would never.

Lucas and the Vampire - Part 3
“Really? All the way across the room?” Rose asked in disbelief. It was late at night, nearing eleven, and the two were just at Maelstrom Comics, having been a part of the latest Super Smash Bros. tournament there. They were now on the drive back to Rose’s house.
“More like all the way across the store,” Lucas chuckled in memory. “Like, it’s kinda routine for him to lose it like that. He’s a great guy, don’t get me wrong, but he goes at it when he loses. This, though, was when he lost the finals, and he just sent his controller sailing through the back room and into the store proper. I’m just grateful he didn’t bust a freaking window.”
Rose was laughing so hard she was snorting. “Wh-what happened to his controller?” She asked after taking a moment to collect herself.
“The thing left an inch deep hole in the wall right next to the door. Don’t tell anyone, but that’s why that Mega Man poster is there for,” Lucas told her and got more laughter. “But of course his controller was perfectly fine. Yeah, a chip in the paint, but it still worked.”

Lucas and the Vampire - Part 2
Lucas arrived at Rose’s house promptly at eight fifty-five, the sun having set not too long ago and the moon in the sky. Stepping out of his dark crimson Cadillac, he was dressed in a buttoned down shirt with small green circles of various shades on it and a black pair of dress shorts. He originally thought to wear pants, but the night was much too warm for that. The house that stood in front of him was just as Rose described it: larger than the other houses on the block and a deep purple with black accents. It gave off the feel of a haunted mansion one would see at an amusement park. Then again, Lucas thought as he walked across the lawn’s pathway and up the stairs, this is the home of a vampire. The house had a large front porch, but there was not a single thing on it save for the welcome mat in front of the door that read “Welcome to our haunt!”. It made Lucas feel a bit unnerved but also a bit nervous, as the whole setup almost made the house feel abandoned. There was no doorbell, but a brass knocker on the door, which had a smiling styrofoam bat stuck to it. He took hold of it and rapped it three times, making it feel like the whole house was shaking.

Lucas & the Vampire
The alarm woke Lucas up at eight forty-five as it did every morning of the week. While he would not need to work until ten, he liked being able to get up and take his time in the mornings. After getting ready for the day, he left his apartment and headed out on the streets. On his way to his job, a comic shop called Maelstrom Comics, he stopped by a small cafe that he liked to get breakfast at. It was not an everyday thing, but something every once in a while when he did not want cereal or oatmeal for breakfast.
It was a nice August day after it had rained for some time, so Lucas decided to eat his breakfast outside. Unfortunately, it seemed like everyone else had the same idea, as almost every table was filled. While disgruntled at first, he quickly found one open seat left, which was at a table where a lady in a sunhat was drinking and reading.

Look at these two. What pals. What chums. So glad Yumyan turned out alright in the end and is totally not at all a normal cat who will never be able to properly interact with his fellow Timbercats or friends ever again :,)
Anyways...I’ve really wanted to get a piece to honor Yumyan since he was like one of my favorite characters from Kipo, and I finally got it with the excellent work of GuitarStudios once again! This wasn’t the posing I originally had in mind, but this is a whole lot better for me. Oh, yeah, and this is NOT ship art. Should make that clear.
