in kurapikas flashback in phantom rogue, she uses "ore" to refer to herself, which is used by young boys who want to seem manly or tough, but she uses "watashi" in the main series which is neutral and more polite, but also used more by women! i know a lot of trans people try to play strongly to their agabs gender roles as kids to try and fit in (i know i did) so thats more proof for trans girl kurapika imo!
