I guess this "break" from social websites is good. I've managed to control all of my emotions. I've also learned how to channel my energies towards certain things. I've found my peace of mind. I also forgot that I can meditate anywhere. I taught myself patience.. me being an Aries, that's a strong flaw.. I'm naturally not patient. Maybe I should take an official for real break from the internet. I feel peaceful...
