Why is it that the ableist people who say “I’m no expert but” tend to follow it with one of the following:

a misconception as to the healing abilities of kale.

an inaccurate statement about how powerful yoga is.

a patronizing point about positive thinking.

their best guess at an educated medical opinion.

or simply something belittling, invalidating and depressing which makes you wanna respond with “well, I’m not expert but I agree that you are indeed no expert”.
