I only used to build the houses for my girls' sims till they stopped playing and I couldn't. But I don't post regularly since my RL only allows a very few spare time painfully divided among building, storytelling , playing both sims 3 & 4 and sometimes 2. If I just could select ONE, I would but I like ALL and so is this a simblr for Sims 3 & 4.

I just learned  we can also change the settings directly, without the i “nvidia inspector!    My settings are in german but I hope both pics can hellp!    I am so happy!   i never thought that Brichester could be so bright,  Everythin looks so different and much better now!  This was life saving!  Thank you a tousend times

@homijoh has very kindly let me convert her awesome spreadsheet into a wheel of chance cards, so my sims too will struggle in life.

In addition to the chance card wheel, there is a career wheel and a wheel of random occurrences which @anotherplumbob and I put together inspired by an old TS2 forum list.

This is solely meant to be seen as a resource for all players who struggle to come up with ideas for their game.

Suggestions are welcome :)

TS3 to TS4 - Sunset Valley Save DOWNLOAD

Here it is my Sunset Valley Save! it’s not perfect, but I did what I could. there is no Genealogy here because that would take me too much time and the ts3 wiki is not as good as the one for ts2. So a lot of info is missing.

SV is divided between Willow Creek & Newcrest. I couldn’t recreate Villa Alto & the Landgraab Estate since there aren’t lots big enough for them (see the pic)

There are both the families from the original Sunset Valley and a bunch of townies. For the families, traits, aspirations, relationships, careers, and starting funds are as close as the original as I could get.

i’ve been wanting to do a mid century styled house in oasis springs for a while so here it is!!!!! @dnasz‘s applewhite build was the main source of inspiration for me when it came to the lil roof garden!! there’s a little wet bar and there’s a spare room you can decorate however! tl;dr it’s full of plants, skylights, and has a fountain in the middle of the house so ??? yeah

A little island world to use as you’d like. I will probably make updates to it every so often as I decide to do resource heavy challenge saves. I am considering building specific lots for it and making a save file but we’ll see how lazy I am or eager I get to get on to other projects. Probably requires all expansions other than ITF but you ESPECIALLY need IP since most of the plants and road textures are from that. 

The world has 28 lots, 5 standard size community lots, 1 64x64 beach, 2 64x64 dive lots, 3 30x30 residential, 16 20x20 residential, and 1 large 47x44 odd lot for legacy or whatever.  

Includes spawners I thought made the most sense and there be SHARKS in them waters!
