I’d be open to Willa Holland as Marlene as long as the application was strong and had a clear view of Marlene as a character! For me, it’s more about the character and the mun’s ability to write them than about the face claim.

Ooh, I love that this means we might see someone bringing a Barty into the group! My personal favorite fcs for him would be Bill Skarsgard, Dominic Sherwood, Richard Harmon and Amadeus Serafini… but I’d be open to other options as well!

fc suggestions are not exactly my strong suit but i’m really feeling nicola coughlan? like really really. my other ideas are erin kellyman, shannon purser, or josefine frieda pettersen. i highly recommend checking out their resources before you decide anything, as i tend to fall in love with more underused faces. if these don’t work for you shoot us another message and I’ll make jay or greenie answer it

hey y’all! we just posted a timestamp update, and i’m feeling like we could use some quidditch captains in our group, seeing as they’re in charge of the upcoming quidditch tryouts! we do not have any characters assigned as captains, but I could absolutely see Septima Vector for Ravenclaw, James Potter for Gryffindor, Gwenog Jones for Hufflepuff, and Emma Vanity for Slytherin. what do you think?

AS STUDENTS settle in to their lives at Hogwarts, some for the first time, school life begins to feel normal again. Classes start up, setting a routine. The rush of adrenaline that comes with starting a new year only grows with the beginning of club meetings and friend groups getting together. To add to the excitement, Quidditch tryouts for House teams are on the horizon -- just a few days away.

Your starters can be on any subject, though the above information may provide some context for what is happening at Hogwarts at this time! did i just see VIOLET GOYLE walking through the corridors? it must be her… though i could’ve sworn the pureblood seventh year told me to look for them in the RAVENCLAW house common room! i must’ve been mistaken, since sometimes they get confused for India Eisley. they remind me of bright green eyes, expensive dresses, cherry-stained lips, delicate jewels, leather jackets that smell of  cigarette smoke and rose perfume and thinly veiled smirks. some people describe them as charming & sweet, though i’ve heard they can be pretty obsessive  & arrogant, too. here’s hoping they have a great term, either way!  —— [  selene, she/her, est, removed for privacy ]

did i just see narcissa black walking through the corridors? it must be her… though i could’ve sworn the pureblood fifth year told me to look for them in the slytherin common room! i must’ve been mistaken, since sometimes they get confused for lucy boynton. they remind me of black velvet bows tied neatly, heels clipping daintily on polished hardwood floors, fur coats, painted nails, bell sleeves, unopened jewellery boxes. some people describe them as charming & loyal, though i’ve heard they can be pretty manipulative & narcissistic, too. here’s hoping they have a great term, either way!  —— [ bec, she/her, GMT+11, none ]
