We've finally finished the week that has been a very tough and also the week that made us feel unease since it is the scheduled time on which we will be pitching our project.

We are very thankful to the Lord because He helped us finished our website on time and also guided us on delivering our pitch properly. Moreover, we also learned a lot in this subject about startups and the ways that the companies are doing which led them into a successful and reliable company today. Lastly, with the efforts that we have exerted in this project we also hope that all of us will pass this subject and graduate with flying colors.

Update for March 3,2019

Our group mates and I had a meeting about the channels and what are the ways that we should do that is effective on attracting good customers. We've also had overnights in our group mates' house just to finish the project. After doing those we proceeded and continued on giving an update to our instructor with the hope that we can launch it this week.

Update Blog#13

This week has been a very resourceful week for us as we started on the front end of our website. This gave us the opportunity to conduct a meeting and come up with a plan that can help us with our website by going to different shops that we've already interviewed to verify if they'll collaborate with us when our website is done.

We know that next week will be a challenging one since our assignment will be the advertisement or how to get clients for our product.

February 17, 2019 Update

We’re still struggling with our website this week because we’re still focusing more on how to make a responsive website by having a meeting with our group mates. We’ve also met after our TE discussion to discuss about pains, gains and the jobs that should be done in order to have a good website.

Next week we’ll start on creating the website even if the frontend design has low profile.

This struggles made us realized that we should do the task that was given to us immediately while we still have time.

Update Feb 10,2019 Blog#11

This week has been a challenge for us, since we are struggling on how to create our website due to the reason that we don't have anyone in our team that knows how to do a program for the website. We are also trying to find someone who can help us with this matter.

My group mates and I conducted a meeting and discussed the things that each of us can do in making this project and to also check the validations of our hustler.

We also realized this week that this can't be done if we'll only rely on ourselves and our knowledge. We also need other sources, we have to dig deeper with the problem, and try to ask for help to those people who can help us to make this website a successful one

Update February 3, 2019

We are in the state which we have to launch the website that we have created even if it still has many flaws as long as it performs its purpose properly and also for us to know the things that we need to improve in our website, if our plans for this website is enough or if we still have to add something.

his step will also help us in knowing the number of our target market, so that the hustler can start validating to the first adopters of our website.

By this and with the help of our instructor's lecture, we learned that as soon as possible our website should be launched for us to know if it fixes the problem that was focused or not.

“Update for this week” Blog#9

For this week's update, our instructor required us to pitch or make a presentation for our project that was approved last week which focuses on our proposed program and the problems which is related to our proposal. We've also showed them how our mobile app works and spend our time on continuing with the validation for our project. This steps that we made helped us realise the use of validation, which is by this we could get more informations and suggestions from the users that could help us on developing and improving our project.

Update for January 19, 2019 Blog#8

After the approval of our proposal we've conducted a meeting in our group again for another update this week. Then we've created a milestone, a goal or task that we will try to do every week.

The things that are included on our plan for this week are the following; we will think of a better way on developing our application while our other group mates will continue on the validation for the population of our target market. These steps will help us gather enough data or information, and will let us realize if the application that we are going to use is effective or not.

And while we were working on this update we've realized that if we will just obey and do the instructions that were given to us it'll be more easier to finish the application or the task. Because following instructions is a basic fundamental skill taught from an early age. While it may seem like common sense to follow instructions.

Blog#7 “Validation”

After Christmas and New year's break was done, we immediately started on working with our proposal. As the class started on Jan. 7, 2019, we automatically followed up the validation on different automotive shops hoping that our proposal will be approved on Tuesday.

We went to Goodyear and Bridges tone to conduct an interview but unfortunately the approval of our research didn't happen because the validation on our revenue still isn't enough. Then for the next validation, we went to a 24 hours shop to conduct another interview, but unfortunately our proposal still hasn't been approved because of its lacking. In order to fix this problem, we set a meeting with our group mates on how to improve our app until our proposal was approved at the third time.

By this experience we learned that all problems can be solve with team work. But not only for the team work but also in our individual and personal problems can be solve if we do an action. Because if there is a team there is a unity.

Blog#5

On the next day we gathered again. My fellow member decides not to continue our proposal so that we make new ideas, and start to share some ideas, but we did not see any other ideas so we decided to continue our proposal, so that we did not have the difficulty. We know that we need have some improvements to our proposal and there are things we have not done so far.

We decided and plan to have a next interview next year. Advance Merry CHRISTmas and Happy New Year.

Blog#4 “2nd Interview”

The last meeting the team decided to gathered again after our class to further discuss and generate ideas that could help to improve our proposal. We plan and discuss of what shop we next to interview. We make some new questions for our next interview.

Actually, when the day we interviewed I’am not suppose to be there because I’m on a travel to Butuan because i have some important things to have there in Butuan. Actually I’m joining a Conference and Mentoring and Leadership training Because this kind of event is very important to me. I said to them that I would not be able to join our interview for that day because I have something important to go to Butuan. And I asked them on what happened on their interviews..

Blog#3 “Interview”

The last meeting we tackled about searching where we can have an interview. In our case, The team are starting to interview to the Shop. We Interviewed the Shop Owner. We asked them what are the main or common problems in their Shop so that we can find them a solution. We also asked them if they have already a car medics and a Mobile application but they says that they have not already have a mobile app and a car medics to travel in some part of Cagayan de oro to repair and rescue some private car owners that they having some problems in their cars. The Shop Owner asks what they will get from us if they accept our solution for their Shop which is the “Car Medics with mobile application”

When the day we proposed our project. Our Instructor giving us some questions about our proposal. Our Instructor asked to us, make some Interview to some other shops so that we can make some improvements to out proposal. So, the team decided to have a meeting after our class.

“Brainstorming and Exchanging Ideas” Week 2

When we want to start something, the first thing we have to do is to ask ourselves why are we doing it and for whom? The team gathered again in the past week and generate more ideas and we tackled about on how could we help to solve problem according to the current trends in the society.

My co-member spoke first and share his ideas about Auto repair, because now a days some private car owners they don’t know how to repair their cars if they have a problems in their cars and specially to those cars who have long travels and they are stack in the area that there is no Repairing Shops.

So that, in order to have a immediately contact to the Repairing Shops. We plan that we make an Mobile Application that the customers can directly contact to the Repairing Shops.

These ideas will still be further discuss if this would be the best for the whole team.For the meantime, we’re still looking for ideas that are more catchy and more feasible.

(November 13,2018) was our Rejection Therapy, The first thing we did was to plan on what questions can we ask about the person we approach? secondly we plan how we can approach someone. And third we plan on how we can convince the person to say Yes. Then we started looking for someone we would ask. The first person that I asked he says No, when I asked him that “can we be have a duet?” and I was feel like it hurts and ashamed but I continue to ask and convince him to say Yes, but then again he says “NO”. But Their are some people that we asked that they say Yes immediately so that we cannot continue to convince he/she. And again we find another, and it’s also the same answer.

Approaching people is the way to build your confident. It’s not easy to me to approached people, but I forced myself to do that to have experience and to build my confident to approach someone that I do not know.

Entrepreneurship & Technology - Innovation Forum

(November 22, 2018) First of all, I'm sorry Sir if I did not go to the innovation forum because I have a valuable conference and mentoring in Butuan for 2 days. I’m sorry sir if I passed this blog late because I’m having some problem in communication because I do not have cellphone to use and Internet. And lastly Sir I forgot to ask my classmates.
