But i am on instagram.. a lot of you guys knew i was really into fitness..I have an instagram with my twin sister @twinbodybuilding .. it’s not like a typical boring fitness instagram where the person just posts selfies of themselves..i actually have really long informative captions along with video workouts and i’m trying to teach people who want to learn about the art of bodybuilding or fitness and the lifestyle in general as well as how to translate that into mental growth and how to love yourself and be detached from how your body looks in that way, because if done right I really think that is possible and that happened to me..someone who used to be so wrapped up in how i looked and so insecure and dieting all the time finally learned to be confident all the time and never associate my self worth with how i look but to also take care of my body and mind through exercise..I think it is an art people have a right to know and have a right to access..so follow me on instagram..im extremely passionate about that and want to put my energy towards that right now :)
