NIGHT IN THE WOODS was released this week! Most of the visuals in the game were made by Scott Benson, but i was lucky enough to animate some fx, character idles, and other random animations. Above are some birds that didn’t make it in the game, a possum Scott designed and I animated, and some other dust/stick/water effects. Character animations were designed and animated in after effects. Dust, water, stick and fire effects were animated in Flash.

The game is great! You can get it now on PC/Mac/Linux & PS4!

We finally took time to draw the beautiful “Moulin de Bassilour”, a water-mill not far from where we live. We go there every week on foot to buy delicious cakes and some local honey. It’s a peaceful place in the forest and we could hear the sound of the water while drawing.
