What makes Felix a compelling villain to you?

I like that he’s just a villain, there’s nothing else to him, there’s no greater tragedies ( Sharkface, Temple ) there’s no redemption or underlining good (Locus) he’s just a bad person to be bad person and i always thought that was really fun! He’s in no way my favorite character, but I really do love him as a villain!
