You’re still part of the band. It’s a team effort, which means the people backstage help the band out and the fans know that, so maybe that’s why they took your keys?
How are you currently feeling about going on tour?
How am I supposed to answer that? Tours are routine to me, now. I've been doing physical training for years now, this is nothing new. For me, it's just another day.
Are you excited to leave the country and go to places you haven’t been?
I would be, if there was anywhere I hadn't seen before. I've never been to Brazil or Korea, or most of Asia at that. But for what I haven't seen, I'm excited. I mean, I'm being paid to travel around the world. That's pretty hard to beat.
What is one thing you really want to do while being on tour?
Sleep. I can't get enough of it.
Any expectations with being away for so long from your friends and family?
Can't say. It's different every time, to me. Sometimes I don't care, sometimes I do. Whatever happens, I know that everyone back home has my back.
How do you feel about the camera crew and photographers following you around while on tour? Are you excited about a possible movie to come out?
Why would I be? I'd hardly make it on the screen. I'm happy for the band, if that's what you're asking. The crew and I put hard work into them, so we're overjoyed to see them making it big. But the little cameras that I have seen are driving me up the goddamn wall. They want to get in your face and see everything, it's insane.
Favourite person on tour so far and why?
Why the hell does it matter? Answering this would just cause drama.
Biggest pet peeve and why?
Interviewers asking innane questions, because it wastes my time.
Any certain places you are excited to go to and why?
India. I've always wanted to try hookah.
Five songs you would put on the ‘On the road’ playlist?
I Don't Care by Fall Out Boy, I Don't Care by Icona Pop, I Don't Care by Apocalyptica, I Don't Care by Elton John, and I Don't Care by Savage Garden.
Do you consider yourself lucky for getting this job/opportunity?
Not really. Personal trainers are a kind of small market, so I was kind of a shoe-in for the position. If not, I could have found some other band.
