t e x t u r e We can create texture while cutting, styling or using product. To create texture while coloring in my opinion is creating dimension. Even when I'm doing a more solid color my goal is to always create some degree of dimension. I'll target certain strands that haven't been painted or lowlight ones that have. How do you do it?
