I’ve been using tumblr for many years, although not so much lately. When I got an assignment in one of my classes to create a blog tumblr was the obvious choice as blog-plattform for me because I love the ability to share others posts as well as adding my own. In addition I enjoy the balance between text posts, images, quotes etc.Â
I use online plattforms to express myself quite a lot, especially on twitter, but also on pages like tumblr, facebook, instragram etc. In my field (theatre) most people are very active online, and creating a network is very important. The course I’m taking is mostly aimed for teachers, but it is a great way for everyone to truly understand the importance of online tools, both in teaching and in other work-related situations.Â
