honestly my entire draft writing philosophy is that any time I have an idea that makes me go “haha no I couldn’t do that, that’s ridiculous”, I’m on the right track and I should absolutely do that thing
u gotta look yourself in the eye… gotta ask yourself……… OR IS IT
like tbh most of my best and most creative ideas come from stuff logical me would have shot down immediately. but I tell u what, you never know what actual awesome shit is hiding in those ideas if you juuuuust explore them a little and take them seriously
and even if those ideas don’t go anywhere GOD exploring them just frees up your mind so much and lets you think about things in new perspectives and opens all sorts of possibilities ya know?? it gets those creative muscles…….. doing stuff. u know how lazy they can get, u know how they fall into the same cycles
