Dear book, 

I have found that my supposed son is no longer with me, he went missing at the scene. I have procured a photograph of him, apparently it was with my belongings. I have made it my mission to re-obtain him, perhaps I can learn more about myself.

Despite the nurses warnings, I've left the hospital.
