“Did you just make a Dungeons & Dragons reference?” Kratos let out a chuckle, their conversation momentarily put on pause as their food came out. “Yes, but I don’t play it, I apply the other version of it other places. You just revealed a bit about yourself, though.” another laugh left him, something he seemingly couldn’t stop doing with the woman. “I guess I did, and before you go anywhere with it - yes. Quite avidly, but not lately.” popping the top off the wine bottle, he poured a generous amount in each of their glasses before re-corking and setting the bottle aside.

"Color me quite surprised, looks can be deceiving. I don't know what I was expecting, to be honest, but I like this twist of events." Marilyn was used to guys who lied to her about their secrets or tried to act like they were hard. While a simple game wasn't a huge secret, she knew the stigma people attached with that game and it was still the thought that he was being honest. Accepting the glass graciously, "to a good time with great company on this marvelous evening." she toasted up, clinking glasses with the man sitting across from her.

“I think you did just fine; french isn’t an easy tongue to master, I only know what I learned in high-school and you pretty much can pronounce everything after basics - even if you don’t really know what you’re saying.” Kratos chuckled as he folded his hands together. “I’m very masterful with my own tongue, but I don’t think I can go anywhere near french.” Kratos couldn’t help when he cracked out into a full laugh at the woman’s comment. “I’m sure you are.” he gave a wink. He found Marilyn to be very alluring and mysterious yet simple, baffled at how a combination could exist in a single elegant human.

Her mouth twisted into a smirk to cover up the blush that threatened to splotch her cheeks. "Depending where you are on the Alignment System, you might get find out." she teased, hoping to stimulate his intellect if he was as smart as he looked. She was always down for simple conversations, even barely spoken conversations of just a lazy time, but sometimes she liked having depth, character, and perspective into what she was talking about; something she only seemingly got when she talked to Ezra and a few others around the shop.

He must not think you’re a hoe if he’s wanting to take you on a second date. You know what they say “You can’t turn a hoe in a housewife” I’m so glad he treated you like a lady because I know you; you would have broken his fingers. So are you gonna say yes to the second date offerings.
