storytime!

I was in the kitchen cutting up some cucumbers yesterday. Peeling them,slicing them into a bowl.. so I peel the cucumber and bring it to the bowl and begin to cut it. I get way too cocky when I'm cutting them and forgot that...

ONE: I was using a serrated knife. TWO: My pointer finger was under the cucumber for support. THREE: I was going WAY TOO FAST

Long story short I cut my finger deep enough for it to scratch my vein a little and I'm going to have a scar. I actually didn't need to go to the hospital because my mom has some medical knowledge so that's cool

FIRST TIME WRITING A POEM LET'S GO

Finally opening my eyes in the morning

The rainbow outside gives me a reason to wake up

Without it, I'd probably get up at night, if not never

Although, that's to worry about later

My bed is comfy

Yet that rainbow makes me feel warmer

Even so, the sky feels so bleak

And with clouds slowly covering the multitude of colors

I fall back asleep...

I hate my body. Not in an insecure way but I FUCKING HATE IT

CHRONIC NAUSEA

REALLY EASY ACID REFLUX

SO MUCH EXCESS STOMACH ACID

Vomiting is my worst fear and I always feel like I'm gonna vom but I never do. My own body is taunting and torturing me

God it gets worse everyday too!! Maybe it's bcuz I have trouble remembering to take my. Meds. Maybe it's cuz of what I eat. Or maybe I'm just got really bad karma and this is punishment for something

But I just wanna end it one way or another cuz this is genuine torture that my ownbody is putting me through.

Chronic nausea + emetophobia isn't a good combo.

I'd say I wanna die and that's true but I don't wanna worry anyones

My only wish is for this to be fucking. Gone and I can LIVE A NORMAL LIFE AND I CAN GO TO SCHOOL AND FEEL OKAY FOR JUST ONE FUCKING DAY

Also almost got an ed twice cuz of it!! And I ALSO drink an unhealthy amount of sprite to even slightly sooth it!

Can someone js please kill me I'm too scared to do it myself

Maybe this post was a bad idea but I'm just sharing my true thoughts with n filters this time.

Thats rlly rough but: just because of that it is not a punishment or anything toward you at all, nor do you deserve it. Your body is your body and it is separate from you! Your not horrible at all and don’t stress about small stuff that hypnotizes you into thinking you’re a terrible person. Believe me I used to overthink a ton and that made me spiral a lot. You must have understanding and try truly thinking of the facts. If you do this with one big situation for example: you’re stressing over a friend not replying to a single message and believe they hate you and are neglecting you because of it. Instead of stressing you should put yourself into that situation and think of putting yourself in that persons shoes and think of their perspective as realistically as you can instead of yours such as: ‘its late in their timezone so they’re probably not gonna reply since they’re asleep” or “they’re most likely tired sometimes I don’t feel like texting all the time too”. You shouldn’t kill yourself over this nor ask for someone else to do it for you. If you still find trouble, try thinking of a sentence that can reassure you and if you have thoughts like that again repeat that comforting sentence in your head.

(ALSO TAKE A BATH OR BUBBLE BATH IF YOU CAN)
