kronosxonas:
Just as Kronos’ voice could feel as if velvet were brushed against skin, Mark’s voice in his head echoed the motion. Of course when Mark spoke, teased him inside his head, it went straight to his nerves instead of having it lessened by outside influences. His eyes closed to the kiss to his cheek and sighed when he pulled away. For a long moment he stood and breathed to enjoy the simple idea that Mark was there with him and held a promise that they would embrace. Once his eyes opened, he watched the wizard move around the kitchen before he joined him in doing as he requested. He placed a few boxes into the cupboard before he heard the voice in his head once more. Head turned to look back at him, Kronos gave a warm smile. “Look at me.” He whispered. His hand moved to brush against his cheek before it traced his neck. It had been a while since he bit Mark. He never wanted him to feel as if he were food, as if he only wanted him for his blood. If Kronos only had Mark’s blood for the rest of his life, he’d be quite satisfied. If just because it was Mark’s. Yet he restrained himself, put boundaries between them in that way because it wasn’t fair for Mark to be looked at with hunger. Of course it was far more than that but he feared the other’s thoughts on it. Leaning forward, Kronos darted his tongue out to lick his neck before he pulled away and nipped at his jaw. “You’re not food to me…”
Mark paused when Kronos told him where to look, but he didn't immediately follow the command, always a stickler for showing he wasn't being compelled. It had been a long time since Kronos had done that to him. When he turned into the touch, he met Kronos' gaze and slowly blinked as Kronos spoke and then teased him, which made him smile softly and shake his head.
"I didn't figure you were looking for food," Mark said as he turned his body into Kronos' space and took his hands. "Up to our room and you will undress as I tell you all the ways that I think about you biting me," he added with a smirk as they began to walk. "I don't think of myself as food, my dear. I simply know how much you enjoy watching me lose myself to your bite. Again and again -- until I'm spent and you must care for me."
