It's common knowledge that I'm garbage at #benchpress tested last month after 6 months off and struggled with a frankly alarming 110kg. 3 weeks back at it and it's up to 120kg (shown). So tonight's death by #deadlift called for 3@90% 2@95% and 1@100% but to estimate the 100% so based on how the 2 reps moved I decided to go for 280kg 10kg jump on the max test I did 4 weeks ago. So this is in the middle of preparatory block, before the heavy work starts.
