Every day I wake up I want nothing more than to go back to sleep. Every day I spend just hating the fact that I’m here and that I feel this way. Every morning feels empty, every task mundane. Nothing brings me dopamine or joy. I have nothing to look forward to. I have no one that checks in on me. I wonder what’s even the point of continuing some days, but the thought of dying also just feels too overwhelming. I wish I could just melt into a puddle, or disintegrate into dust and just blow away into the wind. I wish I could be a bird in a forest…… fly away. Anywhere but here.
